I'd recommend this for people who normally use an inexpensive soft tension rubber like Vega Europe and want to move up a level without changing the hardness.
Compared to Vega Europe, my impression is that average speed goes up about one notch, max speed goes up about two notches, and spin goes up about one notch.
The trajectory feels more like it shoots forward rather than up, so it's especially good for hitting/meeting the ball and for topspin drives where you drive through the ball.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

This is a rubber with a quite soft feel on contact.
I used it on my backhand.
I haven't tried it on the forehand since it seems too soft for that.Good points:
It makes a nice metallic sound, so it feels great to hit with
It's easy to control, so reflex blocks and the like go in naturally
For a soft rubber, stops don't pop up much, so it's easy to controlNot-so-good points:
Since both the sheet and sponge are soft, when you hit hard there's an unavoidable sense that the ball flies too straight/flatI think it has decent spin and speed for a soft rubber
Counters also just feel like they fly straight, but for how soft the sheet is, it never felt like it caved in under pressureI think this is a rubber that can be used across a wide range of levels, from a beginner's second rubber all the way up to just below advanced level

I'm a second-year high schooler who just mounted this on my forehand. I used to have K3FX on my forehand. Since K3FX was a slightly tacky rubber, this one feels like it flies. I barely get net mistakes on loop drives or lose out in mid-distance rallies, and I think net mistakes drop a lot at close-to-the-table distance too. It flies more than a typical 42.5-degree rubber. I also tried the DONIC Bluestorm, a slightly tacky rubber with a hardness of 52.5 that's dramatically harder than Quantum, and for someone switching over from slightly tacky rubber this one flies quite a bit more. It flies noticeably more than Rasanter R42, which is around the same hardness, too. As for spin, I think it's reasonable to consider it a typical 42.5 hardness. When pushing or applying backspin against the opponent's topspin it settles onto the table really well, so I think it would be quite usable even for a chopper-style player. Personally, I'd put how much the ball carries somewhere above Rasanter R45 and below Glayzar 09C. A weak point common to both forehand and backhand is that it flies a lot. On the plus side, it's easy to control the amount of spin and change of pace, so I feel it really suits rally-style players — a very good rubber that I can recommend.

This is the rubber I started using when I switched from backhand short pips to going inverted on both sides.
After about a month, my backhand drive
became stable and started to have power too.
People often say QTP(S) is recommended for intermediate players,
and that's exactly right. If you're moving up to 2nd year of junior high and want to boldly change your playing style — switching from an unorthodox rubber to inverted on both sides —
this is the one for you!

If you really put spin on it, the speed comes out a lot and it spins well too.
