I'd recommend this rubber.
It just has really good balance overall.

It doesn't get much spin on the ball. The bounce wasn't as good as I expected. But I think it's good for beginner choppers.

It's not that tacky, but it was great in pretty much every other way. That said, it would've been an even better rubber if it bounced a little more.

The tackiness on the topsheet is more of a bonus, but if you sink the ball in a bit and put spin on it, you can really feel it grip.
If you brush it too thin, it feels like the ball slips.The bounce isn't great, but if you swing all the way through, you can still get power out of it. The hardness is just right.
Personally, I found the short game really easy to do with this. It's not that sensitive to incoming spin either, so it's easy to use over the table.All Speed Spin Control

Used on the forehand, red, medium sponge.
I used to use tension rubber, but Tackifire D gives you plenty of spin too, and control is actually better with this one. Plus the rubber is light, so your swing speed picks up, making it easier to put away chance balls - it really opened up options beyond just tension rubbers.All Speed Spin Control

I used to mainly use short pips, but when I switched to inverted rubber on both sides, I found I could get more spin than with the inverted rubber I'd used before, and I was finally able to hit the topspin drives I'd wanted to. I also play with the reverse-side backhand technique, and I've gotten to where I can pull off that difficult stroke too, so
if you're a penholder who wants to play topspin drives and reverse-side strokes with inverted rubber on both sides, or if you're just starting out in table tennis, this is a tacky rubber I'd really recommend.All Speed Spin Control
