If you're a chopper switching away from Tackiness Chop, this rubber is a good choice.
It's easy to handle, and while it doesn't produce much speed, it's still easy to attack with.
Compared to Tackiness Chop it's quite a bit heavier.

KOSUGI (Experience: ２〜３ years) Outstanding stability for chops

It's not an exaggeration to say this rubber is a shortcut to becoming a better chopper.
Your chops end up more of a brush than a deep bite, but they really do spin hard. Thanks to the perfect balance of tackiness and hardness, you can consistently control both the amount of spin and the depth of your chops.

The short game is also outstanding. Pushes, flicks, drives over the table — everything is easy to do. Whether it's a short push near the net, a long heavy push, or an aggressive push, you can hit exactly what you're aiming for. This rubber makes all the skills a chopper wants really easy to execute.

ttttttttt (Experience: ４〜５ years) The first rubber I used

For a tacky rubber, the tackiness is pretty weak — it feels more like a slightly tacky, high-bounce rubber.
It's easy to control and easy to put spin on, so it's good for practice.
At the time I was using a Hinoki Pen Winner R blade, which is discontinued now.

It's an all-around type, and the bounce is pretty toned down.
There's almost no tackiness, it feels more like a high-tension rubber.

2 cut man Recommended for beginner~intermediate choppers!

I'm a chopper in junior high with about a year and a half of table tennis experience. My blade is a Kokutaku Yanagi Touch, with Curl P3 Extra Thin on the backhand and this Tackifire Drive (medium) on the forehand. At first I was using Tackiness Chop (medium), but I got a lot of net misses when I chopped really hard, so I switched to something with a bit more bounce. I figured it wouldn't be all that different, but compared to Tackiness Chop, my chops became a lot more stable and got a lot more spin. Attacking was also a lot easier to pull off. As for how it grips the ball, it's a tacky rubber, but since the topsheet is soft, it feels more like sinking the ball in than brushing it. I'm pretty good at putting spin on the ball, and when I really commit to it, even against high schoolers my drives only go in about 3 out of 10 times - that's how much spin it gets. It's a pretty well-balanced rubber, so I'd recommend it for beginner to intermediate players!

NONOMURA 21 (Experience: ６〜１０ years)

This is a rubber I'd recommend for people who like to sink the ball in and drive it, or for choppers. That said, I don't think it's a good fit if you want to feel a strong, heavy tackiness.
