This is a spin-oriented tension rubber with a hard topsheet and hard sponge, and the grip on the ball is excellent.
I wouldn't recommend it with a really stiff blade, since your drives won't be very stable.
With German tension rubbers I always disliked how the sheet feels like it slips when you brush the ball on a drive, but this one doesn't have that issue, and that's what I like most about it.
People talk a lot about the spin on drives, but for me personally it was serves that became especially easy and stable.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

For a Chinese rubber it's on the softer side, and the pips are arranged in horizontal rows, which makes it easy to generate spin and hit drives. Personally I found it easier to use than Hurricane.
I'd recommend it to anyone who finds Hurricane too hard to handle.Overall Speed Spin Control

The blade size, thickness, and grip shape are all great, so it's good for anyone wanting to learn the reverse-side style or as an entry point into penhold.
That said, it doesn't have much bounce, so it's better to use a rubber that does bounce well. The feel might not be all that great either.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch

I was using this around the time speed glue got banned.
I had it on my backhand side, and the trajectory was fairly flat, so speed drives and smashes were easy to hit.
Compared to today's popular German-style spin-tension rubbers, it falls short when it comes to driving backspin balls and generating spin, but it's actually easier to use for flat hitting styles.
I think it's an easy rubber to use for players close to the table who hit a lot of flat shots.Overall Speed Spin Control

Used on the reverse side of a Chinese penhold.
I used it with a five-ply all-wood blade and an inner-composite blade.
The sponge is around 42.5 degrees, but since the sheet is hard it feels more like 45. It works on forehand too, but I think it suits the backhand better.
The shot traces a high arc, so it lands on the table easily and stays stable. The sheet's grip is so good that the ball never really drops off it, which makes it easy to drive against backspin, and counters are stable too.
Even though the sponge is soft, the sheet is hard, so it doesn't feel like the ball sinks in all that much.
Even hitting flat it still traces an arc, so it might take a bit of getting used to.
Away from the table it feels a bit short on power, so I'd recommend it for players who play close to or at mid-distance.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
