The overall balance is really good.
You can put a solid loop on the ball.
Serves too.
Counters are good as well.

It's not so much that it flies crazy far - it's easy to use and easy to generate spin with. It was a really easy-to-use, great blade!

I bought this out of curiosity since it's basically an inner-ply version of the TSP Vesti I used to use. It shares things in common with the Vesti - the balance point is close to the handle, it's light, and control is good - but it's better than the Vesti when it comes to generating spin. That makes it especially well suited to the plastic ball. The Vesti has slightly more speed, but this one still has plenty of bounce. Another advantage is that the short game plays almost like an all-wood blade. When I went to a table tennis specialty shop, I heard this is currently their best seller. It's light enough for women to swing easily, yet it bounces and generates spin easily if you swing hard - a real all-rounder. It doesn't have any one standout strength, but its overall performance is just very high.

It bounces quite a lot, and it was easy to trade shots even from away from the table.

Not quite as much as the VC, but it still bounces a lot
If you smash hard with a soft rubber, the rubber compresses and you get basically no feel at all on impact
I'd recommend a harder rubber
once you go 47 degrees or above, this blade's strengths really come out
it's really made for hard hitters
if someone without much power uses it, I think you'll end up with a lot of flat, straight balls
that's not to say you can't do small technical shots though
with a hard rubber you can do them just fine
but with a soft rubber the ball just flies off on its own (lol)
if you want to use the AC, I think the AFC is actually easier to use.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

I love the Fire Fall series
so I bought all of them except the VC
I put the same rubber on every blade
and switch between them depending on the season
SC for the hot season
LC once it starts cooling down
AC in winter
though honestly I also switch just based on mood, lol
First off, this blade really bounces
and on top of that, with a soft rubber
you get basically no feel and no real sensation in your hand at all, yet you can still hit absurdly fast topspin drives
I'm not great with that kind of sensation myself
so when I switched to a hard rubber, Shoryu
the feel and the sound became just right
and the speed drives are still perfectly solid
it also surprisingly pairs well with short pips
and lets you pull off quite a wide variety of techniques
it's a surprisingly light blade, though, so anyone wanting 175g or more might find it a bit lacking.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

It feels like it takes the best of both worlds - the ease of generating spin you get from an all-wood blade, and the speed and power you get from a special-material blade.
I used to use a Butterfly ALC blade, but the Fire Fall has a harder feel on impact and lets me hit shots that hold up even when I drop back to mid-distance.
The finer short-game plays are stable too.
