V > 01 Stiff is another innovation of the VICTAS V > 01 premium series for ambitious players. The German-Japanese team of designers (GJ Tec) succeeded in developing an extremely spinny offensive rubber which offers the perfect balance between speed and control to variable offensive strategists. The pimple geometry which is slightly more direct compared to V > 01, as well as the maximum tension of the High Energy Tension rubber sheet of V > 01 Stiff provide for excellent energy transfer when the bat hits the ball, thus developing great speed. The open-pore, state-of-the-art 45° high-performance sponge which is slightly softer than in V > 01 provides for more control in your play (“Power & Balance concept”). With this new sponge / top rubber sheet combination, V > 01 Stiff enables extremely fast and spinny topspin strokes with an aggressive ball trajectory. Especially in mid-distance topspin rallies, the V > 01 Stiff rubber unfolds its full potential. Easy to get spin on.
It feels like the high-end model of the Vega Europe.
Backhand drives and blocks are easy to do with this.
For chiquita over the table, V>15 is easier to use though.

The trajectory is really flat.
The spin isn't anything special, just average.
But the ball comes in sharp, so opponents have a hard time returning it.
It feels great when you hit it flat (a meet hit).

I have it on the backhand of my Viscaria, and my backhand stability has gone up dramatically.
It's not too soft and has just the right amount of firmness, so backhand drives, counters, and blocks are all stable.

I used to have another rubber from this series on my backhand, but since switching to this one, overshoot misses have gone down. If you swing while being conscious of the arc, most balls will go in. Recommended for anyone who feels stuck with their backhand.

Personally, I think it's better on the backhand.
Topspin drives, serves, pushes, chiquitas — all of them get plenty of spin.
It didn't feel like it had much speed, but that makes it easier to place the ball where you want.
I used the 2.0, but I think max thickness would be fine too.

This rubber truly deserves the title of "the strongest." Before this, I was using V15 Extra, but I didn't have enough power for it and kept netting the ball. But when a pro coach recommended this rubber and I tried it... the ball goes in!! Serves get amazing spin too, and my forehand drives go in low and really nicely. Loop drives also spin like crazy — my practice partner said he just couldn't return them (haha). Personally, the thing I care about most when using a rubber is countering, and unlike other rubbers, this one is barely affected by the opponent's spin, so even without much power the ball goes in deep, and it makes you feel like you've become Tomokazu Niwa. So I'd really recommend this rubber to anyone who wants to hit higher quality balls, or who wants both speed and spin while still being able to handle it without much power. It's not that expensive either, so I really don't think you can go wrong, and I'd love for people of all ages and genders to try it at least once. Sorry for the long post.

Everyone said it's similar to Tenergy, so I bought it!! I've got the max thickness on my backhand. My impression after using it is that flat hits and chiquitas are super easy to use!! Flat hits go exactly where you aim them. Chiquitas grip the ball, so they're incredibly stable. The arc is high and it grips the ball, so the control is crazy good. It's great value for money, so it's worth trying at least once!!
