Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The Fastarc G-1 has the most power of the series. It's a very direct and to the point rubber. All offensive strokes from fast drives at the table to long distance counterlooping are executed with high precision. The hardest and fastest of all the Fastarcs.

The hardness is just right, and when you sink the ball into the sponge, the power on your topspin drives is amazing.
The ball tends to fly in a flatter, more linear trajectory, so it's a little harder to control.
The sheet grips the ball well too, so I was able to put good spin on serves and pushes.
Overall, I think it's a really well-balanced rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The G-1 is a pretty hard rubber, and just touching the ball sends it flying, so backspin serves are hard to produce, but fast serves are very easy to do.
Topspin drives and pushes are also easy, but sometimes the push doesn't bite and the ball just bounces up without spin, so if you're switching from a softer rubber, you'll need some practice to adjust. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I put this on my forehand.
When I touched the rubber it felt hard, but when I actually hit with it, it felt soft.
As for topspin drives, I felt like both a grazing drive and a drive that sinks the ball into the sponge worked well. Personally I preferred the grazing drive (just my own impression). For topspin rallies, it was really easy to send the ball into my opponent's court. Counters were also easy thanks to the hard rubber. Flicks weren't quite as easy as with Vega Pro.
Pushes were stable and easy to control. Serves were also easy, and I could put good spin on the ball.
I also tried it a bit on my backhand — pushes were stable there too. Backhand drives and flicks were easy to lift because the rubber grips the ball well. Blocks were stable as well. It was so easy to handle on the backhand that I'd like to try using it there too. (Maybe it's actually suited for backhand?)
Not sure if my review is helpful, but I think it's worth trying at least once. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I use this on the forehand side of my shakehand blade.
I used to use Tenergy 05 and 64. Tenergy has the edge in spin performance, but receives, smashes, and blocks are easier and more stable with the G-1. In the end, you can't win matches without stability, so I plan to keep using the G-1 going forward. All Speed Spin Control

I think the ease of use and the speed are both good.
I use the max-thickness version, and I think it's a really easy-to-use rubber!All Speed Spin Control

This is a truly amazing rubber! Drives get both incredible spin and incredible speed. Flicks, chiquitas, and pushes are all easy to do too. The only issues are that the stop tends to pop up a bit, and the control is a little tricky. Once you get used to it, it's a really great rubber, so please give it a try!
