As expected of a Hurricane rubber, the spin really comes on strong. But as expected, I feel the speed

Being a Hurricane rubber, the spin is there as expected. But the control on this particular Hurricane made me go 'oh wow' without meaning to. The control is really good, and I found that drives close to the table went in easily during practice.

This is hard, incredibly tacky, doesn't bounce — a classic super spin-focused Chinese rubber.
When you brush the ball, it comes out abnormally slow but with tons of spin, and it dives hard right after landing on the table.
It's easy to set up your game plan around a big loop drive on the third ball. My opponents couldn't even counter my fourth ball and just kept blocking.
It rarely turns into a long rally, and even when it does, it's a rubber that makes it easy to snap off a sharp, no-spin rising counter close to the table.
If you're the type who plays mainly blocks and counters close to or at mid-distance, I'd recommend this rubber.
The slow speed actually works as an advantage, and because it has some weight to it, it's easy to stay stable on blocks and counters — that makes it a top-tier rubber for that style.
If you put a fast tension rubber on your backhand, the contrast in ball quality will bring out the strengths of this rubber even more.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

As far as spin goes, the performance is beyond complaint.
Techniques done close to the table, like serves, receives, and counters, are mostly easier than average to pull off, but within the short game, flicks and long serves have the drawback of 'not enough power.'
Also, at mid-distance you lack power, which puts you at a disadvantage in a power battle — that's another downside.However, after I started using this rubber I kept up with strength training, and as a result, I've now reached the point in matches where I don't lose out on power even in mid-distance topspin rallies, and I can even get enough power on flicks to blow right past the opponent untouched.
For reference, for guys, I think if you train up to being able to bench press around 55kg, you can cover for the downsides of a tacky rubber.
Also, when rallying at mid-distance with Hurricane Pro 2, you lose the moment you're late on your swing against the opponent's ball, so I think you can compensate by being conscious of swinging early.

I normally use a fairly hard, spin-oriented tension rubber. Among the many tacky rubbers out there, this one has top-class spin. Drives dive down hard. It's a strongly tacky rubber that produces intense spin when you brush the ball. But it barely bounces at all — abnormally so. When you stop a backspin ball, it almost feels like the ball is going to stick to the rubber! Control is very good. It makes third-ball attacks really easy to execute. To sum up, I think this is an old-school style tacky rubber. Since the rubber itself doesn't bounce much, personally I found it easy to handle and good when paired with an all-wood blade that has a lot of natural bounce.

This is a famous tacky inverted rubber. Both the sponge and the topsheet are very hard, which actually makes for surprisingly good control. It has strong tackiness — the ball almost sticks to it and doesn't fall off — so drives get a lot of spin and brushing shots are easy to hit.

This is an incredibly hard rubber, so I think it's tough to use unless you're a chopper or a super power hitter. The amount of spin is top notch! It puts on spin that doesn't lose to any other rubber out there, producing a heavy ball. In other words, if a chopper uses it, you get nasty, viciously-cut chops that opponents hate facing, and if an attacking player who can handle it uses it, you get drives that dive down hard — it's a rubber with really high performance either way! Honestly I wouldn't recommend it to attacking players, but if you're a chopper who wants to cut the ball sharply, you should definitely give it a try at least once!
