  Maabou Kinoko Value for money: good

  

  My impression was that it's pretty hard.
  The arc on a drive is on the low side, and even a light loop drive doesn't come out very high.
  But for this price, the performance is great value for money, so I think even intermediate players could use it.

  結構硬い印象でした。
  ドライブを打った時の弧線が低めでループも軽く打ったらそれほど高くならない感じでした。
  ですがこの価格でこの性能はかなりコスパがいいと思うので中級者でも使えると思います。

  K.K (Experience: ４〜５ years) Medium hardness shines on both forehand and backhand!

  

  The feel was on the softer side, so I kept it for my backhand. Against backspin, the sheet grabs the ball softly and the sponge does the launching, so with a proper swing you can lift the ball up without needing much power. Even against topspin, that same grabbing feel from the sheet lets you absorb the incoming spin and return your own, so it holds its own in counters and topspin rallies. My forehand rubber wasn't working out so I ended up using this on my forehand too, and even at this hardness I could hit a powerful, consistent topspin drive. My honest impression is that it's truly an all-rounder. The value for money is excellent too, so it's worth trying.

  少し柔らかい打球感だったのでバック用にしていました。下回転に対してはシートが柔らかくつかんでくれて、スポンジが飛ばしてくれるので、しっかりしたスイングをすればパワーを必要とせずに持ち上げられました。上回転でもシートのつかむ感覚で、吸収しながらも、回転をかけ返すことができるのでカウンターや打ち合いでもひけはとりません。フォアラバーが使いにくかったので仕方なくフォアで使いましたが、この硬度でも強力なドライブを安定して打てました。本当に万能だなと言う感想です。コスパも非常に高いので試す価値ありです。

  Raspai (Experience: ４〜５ years) Great grip, great control.

  

  For its hardness, the ball sinks into the sponge even with a light hit, and it flies over in a nice low arc onto the opponent's side.
  The speed isn't all that high though.

  硬度の割に軽く打っても食い込み、低い弧線を描いて相手コートに綺麗に飛んでいく。
  スピードはそこまででない。

  XIOM (1'ڡ` 1) Tehepero (Experience: ４〜５ years) Good

  

  I put it on my backhand, and it's super easy to use. The control is great (・∀・) Nice!!
  When I hit a backhand drive, I can compete against pips rubber spin without any problem. Pushes bite well too, and short-game stuff like stops and chiquita are easy to do.
  I sometimes do backhand serves, and for putting spin on those, Vega Asia DF was actually easier to use.

  バックに貼ったけど、ものすごく使いやすい。コントロールは申し分なく(・∀・)イイ!!
  バックドライブをすれば粒の回転に負けずに打てる。突っつきも上手くかかり、ストップや、チキータなどの台上処理もやりやすい。
  自分はバックサーブを時々するのですが、その時は回転をかけるならヴェガアジアDF
  の方がやりやすかった

  Great for counter-driving. On the backhand it feels like it flies a bit too much though. Strong spin and good speed — more of an all-rounder than a balanced-type rubber.

  Alexandra (Experience: ６〜１０ years) Better than previous Vega

  

  You can get it online for 3500 yen.
  For that price, it's a really excellent rubber.

  That said, compared to premium rubbers like Tenergy or Target Pro, it still has some room to improve.

  The sheet is pretty hard, so unless you go with a thinner sponge it's hard to put much spin on short backspin balls.
  That's probably just personal preference, but I preferred Japanese-made rubbers.

  It's a lot easier to use than the Omega VII series, and I think even beginners could use it.

  ネットで3500円で買えます。
  値段から考えると非常に優秀なラバーですね。

  但し、テナジー、ターゲットプロ等の高級ラバーと比べるとまだまだ課題はありそうです。

  シートが結構硬いので、薄くすらないとあまり短い下回転はかけにくいです。
  この辺は好みだと思いますが、私は国内ラバーの方が好みでした。

  オメガⅦシリーズよりは大分使いやすく、初心者からでも使えると思います。

  Takuro (Experience: １１〜２０ years) Vega better than Omega

  

  The hardness is 45 degrees, so it doesn't feel hard, but it has a lot of spring to it.

  The moment you hit it, it traces a low arc, but because of that spring, it feels like the ball flies straight across to the other side of the table.

  The topsheet feels soft, but since it's designed for plastic balls, it's firm.
  Because of that, serves and pushes bite well.

  Because it bounces so much, I think intermediate-or-below players might get a lot of drive points, but they'll also lose a lot of points from mis-hits.

  硬度は45度のため、硬いとは感じませんが、弾力が非常にあります。

  打った瞬間、低い弧線を描きますが、弾力があるため、一気に相手コートまで飛ぶという印象です。

  シートは柔らかい感じですが、プラスチック用のため、しっかりしています。
  そのため、サーブやツッツキは切れます。

  弾みすぎるため、中上級者以上でないと、ドライブの得点は多いかもしれないが、打ちミスによる失点も多いと思います。
