I've got it on my backhand. This rubber bounces quite well and spins a lot too. It's rated at 45 hardness, but it feels more like 40 to me? It's easy to use and reasonably priced, so if you're thinking about buying it, I'd recommend it.
That said, maybe I just got a bad unit, but when I push, it feels weird — kind of like the ball drops or doesn't come out right. Once you get used to it, you can do a spinny stop from a chiquita-style setup, like Harimoto does. Once you're used to it, it becomes a powerful weapon.
And with chiquita or a normal backhand shot, the ball flies out normally and doesn't drop, you know?
So it's only the push that turns into risky table tennis. That's what makes it a kind of interesting rubber. You can do that "Harimoto-style" spinny stop that you can't do with a normal rubber, haha.
This is the second time I'm writing this, but if you're considering buying it, I recommend it. Definitely give it a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

It wasn't quite as good as I'd hoped.
That said, the spin on drives and the speed on hard hits were both good.
Within the Vega lineup it felt a bit on the harder side.
Personally I prefer a slightly softer rubber, so it was a bit of a letdown for me.

It's an easy-to-use rubber with no rough edges.
That said, it still has plenty of spin and speed.
The arc on drives is low, so it's hard to get countered. It's also very easy to hit flat, driving shots with.

You get good speed without overshooting the table.
The long lifespan is a nice plus, I guess.
This is the strongest one in the Vega lineup.

I got to test-hit a friend's.
It's just all-around amazing. It feels like a combination of Vega China and Vega Pro with the control cranked up even more.
The sponge feels like the ball sinks in more than the numbers would suggest.
The strongest. And it's only 5000 yen, a price even a middle schooler can afford, for this level of performance — you really should use this!

Used it on my backhand (1.8mm). The rubber is soft, and my impression was that unless you really sink the ball into it, it doesn't fly.
The grip on the sheet isn't bad, but the trajectory is flat and straight, which made it a bit hard to use.
Maybe it was just bad timing, but during a humid summer day the rubber got slippery from the moisture and I kept dropping balls into the net, so I put it aside for a while.When I tried it on my forehand, the drive comes out low and flat, so I could hit drives that were hard to counter.
My forehand drive normally has a bit of sidespin on it, which means it hangs in the air longer before reaching the opponent's side, giving them time to wait for it and counter-attack — that used to happen a lot.
With Vega Tour, thanks to the low arc and fast ball speed, the ball reaches the table in the shortest time when I drive, so I get countered a lot less now.
For ease of driving, Omega V feels more stable, but Vega Tour is better at making the ball hard for the opponent to handle.
Personally I also like that it comes in a 1.8mm sponge thickness, which makes quick, reflexive shots easier.
It's the "expensive Vega," but I found it easy to use and its performance is well worth more than the price.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Accurate (Experience: ６〜１０ years) Vega's finest masterpiece

As the title says, this is the top rubber in the Vega series — there's really nothing else in the lineup to compare it to. The trajectory on drives is low but the ball still lands on the table properly; it doesn't fly wild. The push on the forehand side is just okay, but the backhand push has a nasty low trajectory. If you're buying one, this is my top pick. Comparing it to the same-hardness Fastarc C-1 and GFT45:
Speed... Tour > GFT45 > C-1
Spin... Tour > GFT45 ≥ C-1
Control, bounce... C-1 > Tour ≥ GFT45
