    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
An advanced-level rubber that demands strong impact and high technique in exchange for exceptional performance. The dual achievement of rotation and speed, as well as increased power, receive high praise, but difficulty in handling and increased weight are noted as issues.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Overwhelming hardness delivers tremendous power and speed
    • Abundant spin and easy-to-execute short game techniques
    • Designed for hard hitters with power
    • Weak touches and mis-hits result in flat balls
    • Heavier than regular 05 with faster wear
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveThe drive power is incredible, and while it maintains a proper arc, it achieves equal or greater speed than V15. The counter-attack under heavy spin is surprisingly stable with overwhelming power.
▽ CriticalToo hard for me to handle well. Fine techniques are difficult, and the lightness that was Tenergy's advantage has completely disappeared, so I feel there's little reason to choose this over regular 05.

I am not very strong (Experience: 4〜5 years) Spring sponge

      Reviews by user

It's hard, so honestly I'm not a big fan of it.
And while it does put spin on the ball, it feels a bit heavy.

      Reviews by user

I switched from Tenergy 05 to the Hard version, so here's a comparison between the two.

My first impression was that the hardness is a bit much. It's a rubber where even sinking the ball into the sponge is tough unless you're pretty muscular.
If you can't consistently generate strong impact and swing speed, everything turns into a flat, spinless ball.
Even a prefectural high-school champion couldn't keep the spin consistent.
It might be worth putting on if you're a second-year high schooler or above who has built up solid physical strength.

That's how the drive side of things went, but for everything else — countering, stops, pushes, serves — it's clearly easier to do than with Tenergy 05.
I'd recommend it to players who can commit and step into their shots.

    • I wonder

I wonder (Experience: 4〜5 years) Getting used to it matters!

      Reviews by user

When I first started hitting on the forehand, the trajectory really felt like using a tacky rubber, and the ball landed quite shallow at first (sweat), but once I got used to it, the ball started digging in deep!! It definitely has more quirks than regular 05 (lol)
      Here's a summary by category.
(All impressions are from the forehand side.)
Serve → Short serves come out shallow and slow, long serves come out deep and fast. And they bite hard! Really good feel!

Receive → Stops are easy to keep short. I could even pull off a delayed-contact-point stop like Harimoto does (O_o) But receiving with a drive against a long serve was the best of all.

Drive → Loop drives come out with a high arc, while speed drives are relatively straight — a strange feeling.

Counter → Honestly, this is where it felt best of all. If you swing through compactly, it goes in easily!

Block → Felt about the same as other spin-oriented rubbers.

I'm not exactly a highly skilled player, but
I'm confident in my power, so I gave it a try (lol). For me, it was easier to use than regular 05 and let me generate more power, so I was happy with it!
      Thanks for reading a beginner's review m(_ _)m

Aye or Kappa (Experience: 2〜3 years) Flies well

      Reviews by user

I borrowed a friend's racket and tried it out. The first thing I noticed was how much it flies------the spin also grips well, but the control was a bit difficult.

Just a table tennis coach (Experience: More than 20 years) A rubber that takes getting used to

      Reviews by user

The spin and speed are amazing, but the control is really difficult. I've played a fair amount of table tennis myself, and among all the rubbers I've experienced, this one ranks pretty high for how much adjustment it needs — it surprised me at first, but once you get used to it, it's a really fun rubber.

      Reviews by user

I think this suits players who can hit the ball hard really well. It feels heavy to use, but in exchange you get incredibly strong spin. If the Tenergy series feels like something's missing for you, I'd recommend trying this one instead.

zs (Experience: More than 20 years) Goes well with a hard blade

      Reviews by user

I think this rubber suits a hard blade, or an outer-ply blade, better than a soft one. Serves and receives are super stable ^-^ The spin level on drives is super high, and countering is easy ^^ with little influence from the opponent's spin. If you play close to the table, it feels like it combines the good points of Tenergy 25; even if you back off the table, it keeps the good points of 05. It's also similar to a Chinese rubber. It's a strange feeling, like a mix of 25 and 05, but with no power loss — if you make solid contact with the ball, you can dominate with it.
