Sriver EL combines Sriver's top sheet with a medium-soft elastic sponge.
This softer sponge allows you to generate more spin without using a power swing.

The lack of speed is actually a plus!
It keeps the ball on the table properly, so it's easy to use!

I tried putting the Sriver EL on my backup blade. My impression is that it's good for beginners. Since I normally use Dignics, the feel is different, and the speed and spin fall short of Dignics, but at least the ball doesn't fall short on you.

Tanaka 0569 Good as your first or second rubber

It's a high-rebound rubber, but the performance is more than enough for a beginner.
That said, it doesn't have the tension technology you find in more recent rubbers, so I think it's good training for learning to generate power with your own body.

Gengar (Experience: ６〜１０ years) My first sheet

I put this on a Korbel blade in max thickness, coming out to 40.2g.
Since I normally use Tenergy, this feels overwhelmingly dead by comparison. The sheet is also weak and doesn't generate much spin — it felt almost like an anti-spin rubber.
You have to build a proper racket angle and hit through the ball firmly or it won't go in, so I think it's good as a beginner's first rubber for practicing that. For your second rubber onward, I think it's better to move to a tension rubber to get spin.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft
