After trying Triple Regular and Triple Double Extra, I wanted to know what the pinnacle of tacky rubber felt like, so I bought this.
With a normal forehand hit, it doesn't fly at all. The tackiness is intense, so it felt sticky and the feel on contact wasn't great either.
But once you put spin on it, it's a godly rubber. It feels like it generates more speed than tension rubber. Also, once it lands on the opponent's side, it seemed to accelerate as it bounced, extending further.
If I had to name one drawback, it's that since I'm normally a tension-rubber user, serves were difficult. Unless you go in with the mindset of really smacking the ball to get it moving, it wouldn't clear the net onto the opponent's side.
It's expensive, but for me, this gave me more of a shock than the first time I ever hit with Tenergy. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Compared to Hurricane Neo3, you can really tell there's a huge difference in the quality of the top sheet and sponge.
The spin is obviously massive, and if you're someone who understands how to get distance out of tacky rubber, I got the impression the bounce can go pretty far too.
The short game and drive-based techniques are easy, but block-type techniques seem to need a bit of a knack.
If you switch straight from a tension rubber to this one, at first it'll probably feel like it doesn't fly because the way you need to generate distance is different, but once you get used to it and figure out how to get the ball moving, I think you'll find it's a great rubber for both spin and speed!
It also lasts longer than tension rubber, so even though it's expensive upfront, it's a rubber worth trying at least once! All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I'd been using a Provincial Hurricane you can get for under 10,000 yen, but compared to other Hurricanes, this one barely bounces at all lol
That's because it doesn't have the NEO treatment, but even so it surprised me — the top sheet is amazing and the sponge grips the ball so hard that the second bounce off the table is nasty!
I compared it to a provincial-team-use Hurricane and the speed seemed about the same — but if it's the same without the NEO treatment, I wonder what the NEO version is even doing lol
If this doesn't satisfy you, I guess you could try the Mingxing Hurricane!
Counters and everything else are stable too, and more than anything, the ball comes out so nasty that opponents really struggle to return it lol
Even I'm impressed by that myself lol
It's really heavy, so only use it if you have some power! Otherwise you'll send up weak, straight balls and get countered.
This really is the ultimate rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I hear the hardness varies by player in China, but this rubber eliminates the unwieldiness that Chinese rubbers used to have. When you want distance, you can get it. For delicate play, it doesn't fly out on you needlessly. In the short game and in rallies, it's unbeatable. That said, if you don't have solid fundamentals as a drive player or a chopper, this rubber is wasted on you. Serves bite sharply and change direction, and while the drive's first bounce is slow, the second bounce is nasty. And the personality of whoever's using it comes through strongly. It's really great that opponents have a hard time getting used to it. Tacky rubber is trendy right now, but even among tacky rubbers, this one's performance is in a class of its own.

Comparison with Hurricane Neo3
The tackiness is a bit less than Neo3 — it's not sticky-feeling so much as smooth and moist. The texture is nice.
Spin is easy to generate. But it's weak against humidity.
Since it uses blue sponge, it feels a bit soft for its hardness. The ball sinks in easily.
I think it produces a bit more speed than Neo3, but not by much.
You can hit it the same way as Neo3, no problem. Since the ball sinks in easily, it's easy to generate power.
It's definitely a good rubber, but I don't think it's worth paying 15,000 yen for. It's not that different from the non-Neo Provincial Hurricane 3 blue sponge you can get for 5,700 yen on Rakuten and the like. Finally, my impression after applying booster (I used Meigetsu, not used in tournaments)
It gets soft and squishy, but the speed doesn't change much. The feel on impact is unpleasant.
Now I clearly understand that you shouldn't bother using booster. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I'm using the DHS W968 National Team blade with a traditional single-sided penhold grip.
I've also used DHS's Hurricane blue-sponge, the Mingxing Hurricane, and Turbo Blue, and compared to those, this one felt lighter in weight and softer in feel for its hardness rating.
A lot of people are put off by Hurricane rubbers without ever trying them, since they're kind of the poster child for Chinese rubbers, but I felt this blue-sponge Hurricane removes a lot of that initial barrier.
The feel is also softer than other blue-sponge Hurricanes, and I felt the rebound was stronger too (though there's probably some variation between individual sheets).
Even without booster, it has good distance and the ball sinks in nicely, so I found it easy to handle.
Even in tense match situations, tacky rubber gives more stable receives than tension rubber, and with the characteristic blue-sponge feel, shots that look like they'll fly long instead get pulled back in, landing right at the end line no matter what stroke you use.
As for the blade, I think this blue-sponge Hurricane works well on either an all-wood blade or a fiber-composite blade, regardless of flex or rebound, more so than other blue-sponge Hurricanes.
Everyone, let's all become tacky-rubber lovers!!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Without the factory booster treatment, it doesn't bounce especially much on soft hits.
The spin and speed on drives aren't that different from Hurricane Neo3 either. However, the ball takes on a lot of unpredictable movement and wobble on the opponent's side, so it seemed hard for them to handle.
It does take some getting used to, but I think it's a pretty good rubber for Hurricane users.
If you want more bounce than Neo3, go for the Mingxing Hurricane.
If you want to attack with wobbly, unpredictable balls, go for the Nittaku-branded Hurricane. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
