I used this on my backhand. In a word, it's the German version of Tenergy. Easy to use, and it has that typical German-rubber roughness.
It feels very soft, so I'd recommend it as the opposite-side rubber to a hard blade or hard rubber. It seems especially well suited to the backhand for someone using tacky rubber on the forehand.
Being based on the Hybrid K3, it makes hitting against backspin really easy. It also has a grabbing feel, so chiquitas and counters are easy too. Despite feeling soft, blocking was stable. Anyone who finds the K3 a bit too hard should find this an easy switch.
That said, it has a unique feel like you're hitting straight into the sponge, so it takes some getting used to. Pushes especially kept going long until I adjusted.
If you like a mostly-meeting style, the Quantum seems to be the pick, and if you want a thin, brushing topspin drive, the EL-D — it feels like TIBHAR has these nicely differentiated within their own lineup.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Stock wasn't available, so I used thick on the forehand and max thickness on the backhand for about half a year.
Before this I was using MX-D on my forehand and MX-S on my backhand, and compared to those, this felt like a rubber with the rough edges smoothed off, making every technique easier. Thanks to the softness, it feels like you can always keep a fast ball and strong spin, and the sheet is strong too, so counters let you grab the ball and drive it through from anywhere.
That said, when I really swung all the way through, rubbers like the MX-D or MX-S gave more ball speed and spin. In terms of peak performance, the MX-D and MX-S were still on top.
But the sense of security from it consistently landing on the table even in tense moments during a match, and how pleasant the feel of the ball was — that was by far the best of any rubber I've used.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I put this on max thickness on a Harimoto Inner blade. The weight came out to 49.5g.
The rubber overall is fairly hard, but from the moment the ball touches the sheet you can feel how soft it is — it didn't fly much at all, to the point where I thought it might be tacky.
On light hits it flies even less than the Tenergy 05 FX.
Drives carry real weight on the ball, but I wouldn't say you can blast through opponents in one shot, so it suits rally-style play better.
It's also easy to drive against backspin — rather than swinging upward, you get a better ball by trusting the rubber and swinging a bit more forward.
Since it doesn't fly much, blocking and countering are outstandingly consistent. You can also easily counter-loop after backing off the table a bit. If you use it on the forehand, I think you can get your opponent to attack first and counter everything.
Meet-hitting, though, wasn't great. This is a rubber where you need to put spin on everything you hit, but the Tenergy 05 has better spin performance.
I'd say it's closest to a Tenergy 05 FX with easier countering, slightly reduced spin, and a bit more speed.

Since this is a new Tibhar release produced by Kenta Matsudaira, I tried it out right away. The listed sponge hardness is 48 degrees, but the sheet seems to be on the softer side, making it easy to control, and it holds the ball well so spin is easy to put on. Drives tend to arc really high, and depending on how you hit it, I got a lot of overshoot misses. I think it also suits the backhand well. It felt a lot like the Tenergy 05 FX. It's a good value-for-money rubber that I think will appeal to just about everyone.

In terms of combined sponge-and-sheet hardness, it feels like MK < MX-S < MX-D, from softest to hardest. I haven't used the MX-P, sorry about that...Compared to the MX-S, I don't think there's much difference on forehand hitting. Against topspin, my shots tend to fly upward. On backspin balls too, it grips well and gave me the impression of lifting the ball easily. That said, hitting with a flatter, punchier stroke instead of brushing it didn't quite go the way I expected...
Countering is really easy and the arc brings the ball down onto the table nicely! Rather than brushing hard yourself, just using your opponent's spin as-is seems to give a really clean trajectory on the return.
On the backhand, maybe because you can't generate as much power, I actually found it easier to use.
Overall, if you can adjust so you don't go long, the arc gives you the sense of the ball landing deep! I think it's pretty easy to use for players who play with a lot of spin.
On the flip side, it might feel difficult for people who tend to hit flat rather than brush. It feels fairly soft, so I get the sense that hitting it hard might cause the ball to drop, so honestly I don't think it suits anyone who prides themselves on strong impact...Might feel a little hard for middle schoolers? I think high schoolers would be fine with it.
