Front-end haste (Experience: ４〜５ years) A fiber blade that feels like wood!

This blade has the feel of a 7-ply blade while delivering speed on par with a carbon blade — it's the ideal blade. Honestly, I was really surprised the first time I hit with it. The spin performance is, of course, just as easy to use as a pure wood blade, so the compatibility with Hurricane rubber was also excellent. While making up for Hurricane's weak point — speed — it kept the spin performance intact, letting me hit powerful drives like Ma Long. So I don't think you'd lose anything by buying this. Good news for tacky rubber users.

I used this blade in the FL grip. The weight in use was 90g.
My impression after using it was that the combination of 7-ply wood plus polyester fiber gave it power and stability along with a nice feel.
However, compared to all-wood blades, the shots come out more uniform, which is a downside. Also, the wood smell is fairly strong.
This blade comes with shrink-wrap packaging, and there was about a 1.5g difference in weight before and after opening it, so right before I used it, it felt more handle-heavy.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

157×149 mm, blade thickness 6.1 mm, top ply limba, outer Dual Web, 91 g, FL.
This is a blade with the feel that katsuo000 loves, and it's incredibly easy to use.
If you like a limba top ply, it's worth trying at least once.
Even at 6.1 mm thick, it gets quite a lot of distance and makes it easy to generate power even from mid-distance, and the power on each individual shot during rallies is quite appealing.
That said, it also has strong characteristics of a thick blade, so the amount of spin is a bit lower - I'd say it's more of a blade for moving around a lot during rallies and driving through shots.
The blade surface is also smaller, making it easier to swing through including on the backhand, and I think the power on the forehand is nearly on par with the Ver.D.
For anyone looking for outstanding handling combined with power, this is a blade I'd love for you to try.

I think this is a great blade with a soft all-wood feel and just the right amount of bounce.
On top of the control the blade itself offers, the weight balance toward the handle and easier follow-through have really stepped up its handling.
It's easy to use for the short game and blocking, as well as counters and topspin rallies.
There's no real downside, but because the Ver.D has a wider sweet spot, shots tend to come out more uniform.
The non-fiber version has more variation in spin amount and depth, giving it more power than it looks like it should have. The Ver.D is also easier for your opponent to handle, so I'd recommend it to players who have the power to win rallies through sheer force.
Also, this might just be individual variation, but maybe because it's 7 thin plies plus 2 fiber layers, the bonding seems weak and the top ply tends to peel. If the grip comes off there's not much you can do, but I'd recommend protecting the blade edge with side tape.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

horsetail (Experience: ２〜３ years) Way too perfect for choppers

I'm a chopper. I borrowed a friend's. It's very easy to chop with, and even though I normally use long pips on the backhand, it also worked well with inverted rubber on both sides. It absorbs the ball nicely on chops, and bounces really well on attacking shots. It felt easier to chop with than the Koji Matsushita Offensive. That said, the blade surface is a bit small for a chopper to use, so there's less of that reassuring feeling that the ball will land if you just make contact - if you're a chopper, I'd recommend the Fortius FT Ver.D instead. On the other hand, since the weight is concentrated toward the handle, it's very responsive for quick, tight movements. I'd recommend this to anyone who finds the Koji Matsushita Offensive bounces too much but still wants attacking power.

A friend of mine had one, so I got to try it out
and ended up buying it.I used to use an outer arylate carbon blade, which was hard to control, but after switching to the RE version, control got a lot easier.
Also, I was surprised by how much the metallic sound rang out when hitting a topspin drive.
When blocking, I didn't feel pushed back much at all, so blocking shots back was really easy.
For people who struggle with carbon blades bouncing too much, or
who care about a satisfying sound on contact, this Ver.D RE might be a really good fit.For me, a hardness of around 48 degrees was just right.

First off, the feel is great and it has good bounce, but it's still an easy blade to handle.
It has that ball-grabbing feeling typical of all-wood blades, so it's easy to put spin on, making it a great choice especially for players who prioritize spin.
Serve: Because of that all-wood feel, you don't have to worry about the ball flying off on its own during a serve, so it's easy to add spin.
Topspin drive: Since it's easy to put spin on, you can get high quality out of your drive shots across the board.
Block: It has that absorbing feeling typical of all-wood blades, so compared to carbon blades you don't have to worry about the ball flying off on its own, making it easy to block.
Overall: I'd recommend this to players using a carbon blade who find it flies too much to control but still want some bounce, or players using all-wood who are struggling with a lack of bounce.
