I use the Chinese-penhold version at 82g. This is a switch from an inner ZLC blade. The difference is that the outer ALC gives a higher maximum power ceiling on the ball. The question is how consistently you can bring that power out. The inner ZLC flies with a stable, consistent ball, which apparently makes it easier for opponents to read and return.
Compared to the inner blade, the ball comes off more easily, so I've been able to hit with a smaller, more compact swing.
I felt like this is a fantastic blade that has everything modern table tennis needs, all in one package.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I'm a middle schooler who plays with short pips on the backhand, and above all, the ball is stable — I can return topspin drives from mid-distance without any stress.
On the forehand, the power and stability are just insane. It changes depending on the rubber, but with V>20 Extra...
That said, as a pips-out blade it's a bit tricky to handle, and I think it really requires some skill/feel from the player. Once you get used to it, though, the ball goes exactly where you aim, and I felt it's a great blade with both power and spin that leave nothing to be desired.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Switched from the Zhang Jike, keeping the forehand rubber the same and changing the backhand from Tenergy 05 → Dignics 05 → 09c
This blade probably holds the ball longer, and Tenergy 05 held onto it too much and was pretty hard to handle, so I switched to Dignics 05, which was easy to use and still had power, but people told me it had no real character and was too easy to use, so I switched to 09c and finally got the backhand stable.
On the forehand I was using Nittaku's Hurricane NEO3 (39 degrees), but since it's softer than what I used on the Zhang Jike, the power dropped off a bit, so I switched to a 41-degree Hurricane I found online, and it became a lot more stable.
It's easier to use than the Zhang Jike, but it has no real quirks and holds the ball unusually well, so among tension-rubber users of this blade, pretty much everyone ends up playing in a similar sort of style.
You could call it the standard, go-to choice, but precisely because it's so easy to get used to, it seems like it'd pair better with tacky rubber.

It has a great balance of offense and defense, and since it's built with arylate carbon, speed comes easily, making it ideal for any playing style. As you'd expect from a blade Chinese players use, I previously used Dignics 09c on it, and it pairs really well with Dignics 09c too.
This is a blade suited to advanced players. For me, it's the best blade there is.

I tried this because most of the Butterfly sponsored players use it.
On the forehand I use a tacky tension rubber, so stops stay dead, but the extension and depth of the ball on counters and from close, mid, and far from the table is on a completely different level.
On the backhand I use the slightly softer 05, and it makes chiquitas and blocking technique easy — the ball comes up easily.I used to use the Viscaria, but the ball wouldn't come up very well, so I bought this blade to try, and when I hit with it, the ball really comes up nicely.

The feel on the ball is great, and it's satisfying to hit with.
