The sense of security this gives you is amazing! It grips the ball and carries it, so the arc is stable, and even on hard shots the ball still lands on the table.
Especially in topspin rallies, it gives you excellent stability along with powerful shots. I felt that harder rubbers pair well with it.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

Easy to put spin on the ball, and I don't lose out in topspin rallies. That said, the ALC has more speed. Overall, though, this one has really good balance.

I normally use the Viscaria, but after about six months without practice due to COVID, I picked it up and thought "wait, was it always this wild???"
So I dug out my Innerforce Layer ZLC, which had been sitting unused for a while, and thought "wow, this is so easy to use!!!" The short game doesn't scatter, smashing feels great, and on topspin drives the ball grips into the rubber and sinks in nicely, letting you put strong spin on it. It's really the best of both worlds between a pure wood blade and an outer-carbon blade. I don't notice much difference from the ALC in outer versions, but with the inner version the ZLC has more of a burst of speed on hard shots. I guess that's what the price difference is for. Outer carbon blades also feel great and exhilarating in practice, but once it comes to an actual match — especially against an opponent with an unusual style (a chopper or long pips) — you need a racket with good control, and this easy-to-use blade is truly a "god blade."Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I switched from the inner ALC to the ZLC.
At first I thought the ALC would feel super fast, but it was totally different!
I was surprised that it flew even faster than the ALC.
I didn't expect an inner ZLC to fly this much.
Comparing it to the ALC:
Topspin drive
ALC: the ball flies with an arc.
ZLC: the ball flies in a straight line.
Push
ALC: easy to use. You can stop the ball if you want to, and it's easy to do a lot of things with it.
ZLC: also easy to use, but I think you need to hold back a little.
If you play away from the table, I'd recommend the ZLC since it flies more.
If you use the ZLC, I think spin-heavy or speed-oriented rubbers suit it pretty well.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

Comparing this to the Innerforce Layer ALC,
I feel like the ZLC flies just a little bit more.
On the other hand, I think the ALC holds the ball slightly better.
So I'd recommend the ZLC for players looking for power,
and the ALC for players looking for stability.
The one thing you do need to keep in mind, though,
is that the ZLC costs more than 6,000 yen more than the ALC.
That said, I don't think you should choose the ALC
just because it's cheaper.
I think it's best to actually try hitting with both
and decide from there. I hope this review
helps even a little.

This blade has an absolutely perfect balance between bounce and holding the ball!
It can stop the ball short or send it flying with full power,
and when you hit lightly it has that wood-like feel,
while a strong hit gives you speed along with a metallic sound! This blade is pricey,
