Yasaka Mark V is one of the oldest and well known rubbers in the history of this sport. Originally released in 1969, this rubber helped revolutionize table tennis by proving that a heavy topspin attacking style was not only viable, but would also become the dominant style of table tennis from the 1970s all the way to today. These days, Mark V is still characterized by its grippy surface, medium sponge, and superb control. Today, it is a solid choice for beginners with an allround blade and all the way up to high level play when boosted and on a more offensive blade.

Ikuya Tokuya (Experience:4〜5 years) Beginners and those who want to step up from there

      Reviews by user

I would recommend this rubber to those who start table tennis or who want to step up with a different rubber, those who do not match the current tension rubbers.
First of all, this rubber has a wide range of thickness of the sponge. There are five thin, medium, middle thickness, thick, special thickness and five, we recommend thin or medium for beginners.
For those who step up, the thickness is good from the inside. We do not recommend special thickness. Although a strong ball can be struck, the influence of the opponent's rotation is too big, such as Tsutsuki etc., causing over or net mistakes. I think that it is good to buy it by checking the width of the sponge thickness.

I changed the rubber and I felt it was very good.
Since rotation also moderately hangs, is a beginner good?

Enjoy (Experience:Less than a year) Representative soft high elasticity representative rubber

      Reviews by user

At a nearby sports shop, I purchased the thickness inside.
It is the first time for me to play table tennis for about six months,
I think it is a rubber that can be said to be perfect by a beginner.
The balance of speed and spin is good,
It is easy to control because the hardness is slightly soft.
If you are a beginner, I definitely want to try it once.

SWAT MAN (Experience:4〜5 years) Standard for rubber for beginners

      Reviews by user

For those who start table tennis, we recommend using this rubber first.

Although various variations have come out,
First of all, this standard type sponges are medium or thin.

There are only things that have been selling for years.
We have all the specs necessary for mastering basic skills.

Let's proceed to other tension systems and adhesion etc in the next step after using this rubber.
