I don't know why, but the Hurricane 3 lets the ball sink into the sponge more easily than the Neo3. The Neo3 gives more speed, but it's harder to get the ball to sink in.

Maybe because of the pre-glued base sheet, it feels soft and springy. As I kept using it, it seemed to get easier and easier to use. In the short game, stops hold really well, and flicks let you produce all kinds of shots - knuckle balls, fast ones, you name it. Drives against long balls dip and skid after landing on the table, so opponents seemed to have trouble with them. Also, the power you get when you put your whole body into a shot is something you just don't feel with tension rubbers like Dignics. Blocking against backspin drives or loop drives feels like the ball grips onto the rubber, which made it very easy to control. Loop drives come out with a lot of variation in spin, which makes it easy to induce mistakes from the opponent. Finally, beginners probably think just grazing the ball is the way to go, but if you only graze it, you won't get spin and the ball will drop - so I think it's better to start by really sinking the ball into the sponge, putting spin on it, and hitting a high arcing trajectory.

I practice six days a week, and there were times I thought it had stopped bouncing, but I still used it for almost eight months. I use it for chopping, and it holds the ball really well. Drives from far back also draw a nice solid arc, so I can hit with confidence. If you just let the ball hit the blade without any touch, you'll net it. In that sense, it's also easy to pick up things like fishing shots, and I think it becomes a rubber that choppers get hooked on.

This is my first tacky rubber.
I used to use tension rubber, but I gradually got used to this one and my over-the-table misses decreased.
Since there's no tension, the control was really good. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I have this on my backhand.
When I drove the ball, I was surprised how much it stretched out.
When I stop, it stops immediately.
When hitting against backspin, the ball lands deep.
If you want to switch to a tacky rubber, start with this one.
It's a fated rubber for me.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I felt this rubber is best suited to an outer-type blade.
The Hurricane NEO3 overall doesn't have much bounce, so I think pairing it with a livelier blade makes loop drives and chops easier, and the short game lands perfectly too, with spin levels close to what top players get. It's also a tacky rubber that's friendly to beginners, so please give it a try! \(^o^)/All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I used this on the forehand of an arylate carbon blade. The Neo3 is very tacky and puts an insane amount of spin on the ball. It's fast too. However, it doesn't have much bounce, so I'd recommend pairing it with a blade that adds speed, like an arylate carbon one.
I also compared it with Butterfly's Tenergy 05 Hard. My impression: if you want to fight with loop drives, go with Hurricane Neo3; if you want to win with speed drives, go with Tenergy 05 Hard. The short game isn't that different between the two. Both stop the ball well too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
