Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The C-1 comes into the series softer than G-1 and P-1 but a bit harder than S-1 for more speed while still maintaining a high degree of control. Slower and controllable in the short game, good placement and pace on medium shots, and power on solid shots.

    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly rated as a stability-focused rubber suitable for beginners to intermediate players. Backhand usage is particularly recommended, offering excellent ball control and spin despite its soft sponge. Some advanced players note a lack of speed and power for competitive play.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Excellent stability and ease of use on backhand
    • Easy to apply spin with good short-range technique
    • Soft sponge ideal for beginners but lower maximum performance
    • Long durability and good rubber longevity
    • Pairing with Fastarc G1 on forehand is recommended
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveDespite being a lightweight German rubber, it has sufficient bounce. The soft sponge provides excellent grip for precise shot placement, making it an all-around excellent rubber.
▽ CriticalSlightly slow with moderate spin. Lacks the power desired by advanced players seeking maximum speed.

      SIMA 1st kouki (Experience: 2〜3 years) A do-it-all rubber

      Reviews by user

I recently switched my backhand from TSP Ventus Spin to this.
It's truly a can't-complain, all-around rubber. I can now vary the spin more on my short game too. Even when I just block, the ball goes in solidly. The grip on the ball is great, so it's easy to generate spin and it really bites. My topspin rallies are more stable, and best of all, lifting up against backspin is easy. I'm not that great at backhand drives, but with this rubber I can lift the ball even mid-rally, which lets me take the advantage in rallies. It also has more bounce than Ventus Spin, so playing mid-distance from the table got easier too.
I can recommend this rubber to anyone.

McQueen (Experience: 4〜5 years) Easier to use than G-1!

      Reviews by user

Since the sponge on the C-1 is softer than the G-1,
it's easier to generate spin and speed even with a relatively weak impact.
Compared to harder spin-oriented tension rubbers like the G-1, it lacks a bit of power, but every technique is easy to pull off and there are no real weak points, so I think it's great to put on the backhand!

God RHO (Experience: 6〜10 years) Best control!

      Reviews by user

The control is good, and it gives you the speed and spin that Fastarc is known for — it's super easy to use.
I use Fastarc G1 on my forehand,
and C1 is easier to use than G1. It's a rubber
      I'd rate very highly.

Overall it felt pretty close to Tenergy 80, but I can't deny it lacks some power. It suits an all-round playing style well.

Forutiusu FT5 (Experience: 2〜3 years) Performance is good, but...

      Reviews by user

I used this on my forehand. First off, since this rubber has just the right amount of hardness, I felt it works well for both grazing topspin drives and drives where you really sink the ball into the sponge. Looping is easy with this rubber. Even when the ball drops low, you can still lift it up and get it back on the table. The short game is also really easy to play, so I think it works for a wide range of players, from people just starting with tension rubbers to advanced players. However, it's very sensitive to humidity, so in summer the ball tends to slip a lot. I'd recommend doing regular maintenance with something that removes moisture. Still, this rubber performs really well, so definitely give it a try!

The sponge is soft, and this is probably one of the easiest Nittaku rubbers to use for chiquita and topspin drives. The backhand receive is especially easy, and hitting hard topspin drives close to the table is seriously good. It's easy to control, so it works for pretty much any playing style.

I love Table Tennis (Experience: 2〜3 years) Power and spin, just right!

      Reviews by user

It grips well for spin and has quite a bit of bounce too - looping drives were really easy to do. Hard hits also had good speed, so I thought it was a good rubber.
I felt it works well on both backhand and forehand.
