Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The C-1 comes into the series softer than G-1 and P-1 but a bit harder than S-1 for more speed while still maintaining a high degree of control. Slower and controllable in the short game, good placement and pace on medium shots, and power on solid shots.

Unlike matte-type sheets, this one has a slight sheen and the shape of the pips is clearly visible. Both on offense and defense, it seems to have the strength of landing on the opponent's side of the table even when you hit somewhat carelessly. The surface is moist and a bit tacky — if you store it with a tacky sheet, some of that tackiness will rub off onto it (lol). For someone like me who used to be a big fan of Mark V, this was a rubber that made me feel both nostalgic and aware of how far rubber technology has come.

This is basically a softer-sponge version of the G1.
There's nothing that makes it hard to use.
The sheet is the same as the G1.
It suits players who like to sink the ball into the sponge before hitting.
I don't think it's suited to a grazing style of hitting.I'd recommend it to people who felt the ball didn't sink in enough with the G1 and couldn't use it well.
Players with a lot of power might experience some loss of efficiency.Personally, I think it's good for elementary schoolers to use on the forehand, and for junior high schoolers and up to use on the backhand.
The durability isn't great.
It performs at its best for about two months, and after that you start to lose grip and get some slippage. If you're changing it before a match, replace it at least two weeks ahead of time.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

If you've used the GFT45 and want a firmer sheet, I think this could be one option. There's no technique that's hard to pull off when playing close to the table, so I'd recommend it. It feels a bit tougher when you back away from the table, but that will vary depending on your skill and blade.

It has great speed off the rubber — on an all-wood blade it flew way too far (haha, sweat drop).
You can also graze the surface, and it works fine for serves too.
You can sink the ball in and drive it too, so it's a well-balanced rubber.

It's a really soft rubber, so for junior high schoolers trying to move past the beginner stage, I'd recommend this way over something like Tenergy or G1!
Both the short game and attacking shots go in consistently!

I use the thick version.
It generates a ton of spin, and lifting backspin balls was the easiest it's ever been for me.
Countering feels like it goes in just by touching the ball, and the arc on my drives looks clean too.

I use max thickness on my forehand and thick on my backhand.
Speed, spin, and control are all at a high level and well balanced.
While most high-performing rubbers like the Tenergy series or G1 tend to be heavy, this one is noticeably light, so it also helps with weight adjustment. Also, most high-performance spin tension rubbers have a hard feel, but I like that this one has a softer feel too.
I'd recommend it for the backhand to people like me who aren't great with a hard feel, or who struggle with rubber weight.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
