Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The C-1 comes into the series softer than G-1 and P-1 but a bit harder than S-1 for more speed while still maintaining a high degree of control. Slower and controllable in the short game, good placement and pace on medium shots, and power on solid shots.

Players use Fastarc C-1
- Excellent stability and ease of use on backhand
- Easy to apply spin with good short-range technique
- Soft sponge ideal for beginners but lower maximum performance
- Long durability and good rubber longevity
- Pairing with Fastarc G1 on forehand is recommended

Personally I think this rubber is similar to Tenergy 80. The sponge is soft, so it lacks power on the forehand. On the backhand, though, it flies pretty well. The spin and speed are more than enough too ✨

I tried this on my backhand.
It didn't suit my swing, so it was hard to hit good balls.
If you swing through properly, you can hit good shots with it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Original Table Tennis (Experience: 4〜5 years) My top pick rubber for the backhand

Used on my backhand.
It has no weird quirks and is genuinely easy to use for both offense and defense.
The price feels a bit high, but if you're torn on what backhand rubber to get, C1 is my top pick. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Using medium thickness, red, on my forehand.
It's really good!
The spin on my drives is amazing! The control is great too!
When serving, the spin really bites too!
Pushes grip the ball well too!
I really recommend it!
I'd say it's best suited for intermediate-level players...All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I used this on both my forehand and backhand, switching my backhand over from Fastarc S-1.
Serve: used on the forehand, I think it grips the ball well, and I found it easy to control and easy to use.Receive: used on both sides. The short game was easy to handle, and chiquita was easy on the backhand. Pushes, though, are quite sensitive to incoming spin, so I made some mistakes when trying to match the spin.
Drive: used on both sides. It made a nice "pak-pak" sound and produced good balls, but on backhand drives, if I didn't swing through properly the ball would drop short — other than that it was really good.
Overall this is an all-around rubber that's easy to control and handles both attack and defense without any issues. The durability was decent too. I'd recommend it to two-winged drive players who use both hands.

Fastarc C-1 has excellent control. For a sponge hardness of 35 (45 degrees), I think the feel is on the softer side. And its spin performance is just as good as the G-1!! If your swing speed is high, you can get results on par with Tenergy 64. (This really varies from person to person.) The rubber itself is light, so it suits a wide range of blades! If I had to pick, I'd recommend it for an all-wood blade! (^-^)

I think this rubber works well on both the forehand and backhand side. The C-1 has more reach than the G-1, but less than the P-1 or S-1. It's easier to spin than the S-1, but harder to spin than the G-1 — about the same as the P-1. For speed, it's faster than the G-1 but not as fast as the P-1 or S-1. For control, it's easier to control than the S-1 but harder than the G-1 — again about the same as the P-1. Price-wise, it's more expensive than the S-1 but cheaper than the G-1 and P-1. I compared the performance like this, but really, reach, spin, speed, and control all come down to practicing a lot and honing your skills, right?
