The fastest among the Chinese rubbers
yet it still generates a ton of spin.
If you want to use a tacky rubber in today's table tennis, it's either the Neo3 blue sponge or this one!
It's not even that expensive, so it's genuinely the best one out there. If you like Chinese rubbers, you have nothing to lose by trying it!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

At first I had really high expectations.
I bought it at the shop, put it on myself, and when I peeled off the protective film, there was almost no tackiness at all — I was disappointed.
In a way, I'd heard talk lately that the tackiness has been dropping off, so I expected some of that, but I didn't think it would be this bad.
That said, even with less tackiness, I could still hit heavy drives with plenty of spin, so that part was good — but for soft shots, since it's still a tacky rubber, it just doesn't bounce at all, so hitting from mid-distance or away from the table takes a fair amount of strength.
There's plenty of spin on the serve too, so that's good.
Still, personally I liked the flat, clacky feel of the original Hurricane.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I used the Hurricane Neo3 for many years, but what's good about this rubber is the high quality of the topsheet. It's very durable — it lasted a comfortable 4.5 months.
The tackiness itself is stronger on the Neo3, but when you really sink the ball into the sponge, this one (Turbo) gives you more spin.
The speed is somewhere between a high-elasticity rubber and a tension rubber.
The drive trajectory sinks down properly, loops climb and extend, and there's a clear change right after the bounce too.
Overall it's a very well-finished Chinese rubber.
If I had to name a downside, it's that it's about 5 grams heavier than the old Hurricane Neo3.

Compared to a normal tacky tension rubber, this one doesn't bounce much.
Well, it is a Hurricane after all, so I'd say think of it as spin-focused, bouncing just a little more than other Hurricane rubbers.
That said, even when pushed back to mid-distance I don't lose out on power as much anymore.
Also, since the topsheet is the same as the Hurricane Pro, the amount of spin is tremendous.
Personally I felt it has more spin than the NEO3.

It's really hard, no matter how you look at it.
Harder than the NEO3.The bounce is definitely better than the old PRO3, but because it's so hard it's difficult to handle.
If you don't really brush the ball hard, you end up with a flat, dead shot.The quality of the tackiness itself was pretty good.
Personally, I still prefer the NEO3 (normal version).
I hear Ito uses this rubber on an outer carbon blade — that made me realize just how much of a technician he really is.
