Over the past roughly 10 years I've almost never repurchased the same rubber, but this is the best rubber I've used, one I actually want to buy again. (In the past, the ones I did repurchase were Q5, V>15 Extra, Tenergy 05, and Evolution MX-P.)
It might have something to do with putting it on an Ovtcharov blade, but with this rubber, if the ball touches the racket, it lands on the table. If I do miss, it's only ever by overshooting.
There's a real sense of security that if you swing, it goes in, it holds up against your opponent's spin, and the amount of spin you get on loops and serves is outstanding.
With this rubber, if you end up missing, you're forced to conclude that it's entirely down to your own skill, not the rubber's fault.
It's expensive, so it's not the easiest thing to buy, but it's the best rubber out there, and I'd recommend it to everyone except beginners.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I have this on a discontinued Ryu Seung-min G-Max.
I put it on a blade I've been using for years, and the bounce is just about right. Even with a Japanese-style penhold, the chiquita grips the ball well, so I'd recommend it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Just like the pre-release buzz said, it gives you spin while still producing a decent amount of speed, so I think it's a good rubber even for people who are a bit hesitant about Chinese rubbers.
That said, the feel is quite different depending on whether you brush the ball or sink it in hard by hitting it, and I couldn't master that myself.
It might work well on a soft outer blade like an ALC.
Also, just touching the ball makes it pop up, so blocking tends to give your opponent an easy ball, meaning it's better suited to someone who plays actively

*This is a personal opinion.
This is a god-tier rubber. I was originally using Dignics 05, but switched because I wasn't confident driving against backspin. Against topspin I could use it without any real adjustment, but against backspin it takes a bit of a knack. Hitting it the way a certain Chuo University player (name withheld) does gave me stable, seriously threatening power. (I'm a big fan, haha.) Rather than hitting flat, if you brush through the ball as if carrying it, you get that classic tacky-rubber shot. In the short game, since it's only lightly tacky, stops stay put nicely and flicks also land well on the table. The weight is about the same as the popular German-made rubbers these days.
This time I used it mostly on the forehand, but I'd recommend it for people who often hit the net, people who lack confidence driving against backspin, and people who can swing through properly.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I got this from a senior teammate and tried it out on a Quartet AFC. I'd been using Hurricane Turbo Orange before, so this ends up being a comparison with that, but above all, it's even harder than Hurricane. Feels like a sheet of iron. So with my old way of putting on spin, I got no spin at all and just hit flat, spinless balls. But once I changed how I applied spin, I got a surprising amount of spin. Speed is beyond complaint too. When looping to lift backspin, dropping my contact point and hiding the loop from my opponent let me confuse them about whether a knuckleball or a heavily spun ball was coming. The short game is also really easy to play — there's no technique, whether flicks, pushes, or stops, that feels hard to do. Counters were also incredibly easy to pull off. I wouldn't especially recommend it for the backhand, but for the forehand I thought it was about as good a rubber as you could ask for. Definitely give it a try.

First off, it's hard.
When you hear "tacky," you tend to picture a rubber that barely bounces at all, but this one bounces about as much as an ordinary tension rubber.
Brushing with the sheet gives you that distinctive quirky tacky-rubber drive, and sinking the ball in gives you a drive with plenty of spin on it.
I'd recommend this for anyone who wants Hurricane-level spin plus real power.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I used to have Tenergy 05 on my forehand and switched because I wanted more spin on my topspin drives.
Since switching, the grip on the ball is great, and both flicks and drives from away from the table now arc more than before.
Just because it has a tacky sheet doesn't mean you need to worry about it not flying.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
