Unlike full-on tacky rubbers like Hurricane, this has a lightly tacky sheet.
That said, my impression is that the speed performance is quite high.It doesn't have much of that classic tacky rubber feel, but I think you can use it as a tension-leaning tacky rubber.
The way it flies is also close to tension rubber, so there's nothing nasty about it.The rubber isn't particularly heavy, I'd say.
Might be a good fit for a spin-focused, aggressive playing style?

You can perform topspin drives, loops, serves, and chiquitas all at a high level with this. I think it's the easiest rubber in the Dignics line for producing the highest-quality loops.

I use this on my forehand.
As for the feel, on topspin drives
it's a tension rubber that feels like
"maybe there's just a little bit of tack in there?"
but on the short game, loops, and other shots where you don't hit thick,
it feels like a proper tacky rubber.Before using it, I assumed
you'd need real skill to handle this rubber,
but after using it, I actually felt the opposite.I'm only a beginner-to-intermediate player,
but ever since switching to this rubber,
my reflex blocks
land in the court
way more often than before.Also, since it barely bounces over the table,
my receives are stable,
and I can control nasty returns
as well as the depth and placement,
so my opponent has a hard time taking control of the point.Looping against backspin
puts a ridiculous amount of spin on the ball,
so I can score low-risk points
without needing to hit a fast topspin drive.Overall,
the rubber basically puts the ball in the court for you,
so I think it's a plus for every kind of player.
It's an especially safe bet

I use this on my backhand.
Some people say the ball drops off, but if you hit through and then brush the ball, you consistently get shots above a certain level, and about one in four is a real winner. The short game felt stable and good too. The forehand took a bit of getting used to. Definitely feels like a Dignics.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Chinese penhold both-inverted fast attack (Experience: １１〜２０ years)

I use this on the forehand with a Chinese-penhold grip.
It's not super tacky, but it's not completely without tack either — just a slight tack.
The arc on topspin drives is high and, while not quite like Hurricane, it's stable, and the amount of spin is fantastic.
What I personally liked most is that, unlike German tacky tension rubbers where hitting flat gives you too much arc or the ball sinks in too much and loses speed, 09C doesn't have that problem, so even with a short penhold grip you can return the ball safely without it flying up. That said, Xiang Long had more power on flat hits.
Since the arc is high and the grip on the ball is quite strong, you need to close your racket angle a lot when driving, similar to Tenergy, but you can also open it up like Chinese tacky rubbers. This might not come across well in writing, but at first you need to search for the right angle to hit your drives at. It really sinks the ball in, so you can keep swinging forward with confidence.
It's hard, but it grips the ball well, so if you don't feel that grip, you might just not have enough power.
Also, putting heavy spin on serves is a bit tricky — you get more spin by sinking the ball in a little rather than just cutting with the surface of the sheet.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

LOVERUBBER (Experience: １１〜２０ years) Tacky, nonetheless

I was hoping to move up from Tenergy 05 to a Dignics, and since I'd seen reviews saying 05 flies too much, I decided to try this one out. It didn't work for me. The ball really sticks to the sheet — it's true tacky rubber — and I couldn't get used to that slow, sluggish feeling of the ball leaving the racket. On top of that it's hard, doesn't grip the ball much, and doesn't go forward. It might be good for someone who really cranks hard topspin drives, but for someone like me who's used to and loves the auto quality of Tenergy 05, it was overkill. You do get great, heavily spun shots, but once a rally goes on I can't keep it up physically and end up hitting flat, spinless balls into the net. It was easier to use than Spinart, but with my level of skill I just couldn't get myself to adapt my game to this rubber. I could feel that if you can master it, it's the strongest rubber out there, whenever I really cranked the spin on... but that was about it for me.

First off, I can't get enough spin.
I can handle spin against my opponent's topspin drive, but I can't put spin on a topspin against backspin, or I end up hitting a knuckleball drive with no spin at all.You really need to be a powerful player to use this well.
The short game is really easy to play.
It feels like only a pro player can produce amazing shots with this.
I'd recommend Dignics 05 or something from the Tenergy line for the average user.
