The spin is insane.

Switching from Tenergy, I could use this just fine right away. If anything, the consistency and the trajectory of the ball are insane. If you just want to blast through the ball, other rubbers can do that too, but this has the tacky rubber's unique ease of putting on spin plus stability in the short game. It lets you fly the ball when you want to fly it, and settle it down when you want control. If you trust the rubber and do what you want to do, it delivers. I thought calling it "beyond contradiction" was a bit much, but now I get what they mean. Once you understand that Tenergy and Dignics aren't rubbers meant for smashing, and use it accordingly, it's truly unstoppable.

Comparing this with Hurricane and 05.
This has a lightly tacky sheet, very much in the style of a domestic Japanese maker. The sponge is on the harder side for a tension rubber, but it grips well and lets the ball sink in, so ball-holding feel is excellent. Even with only a light tack, you can still produce real power.
For serves, receives, and the short game, you can't get the ball as low and short as with Hurricane, but it's a lot easier to control than 05. If you're looking to score with flicks and chiquitas rather than forcing your opponent into mistakes, 09C feels better suited than Hurricane.
On topspin drives against backspin, it lifts the ball enough to win the point outright while still aiming deep. With Hurricane, keeping the arc low makes the shot land shallow, and with 05 you lose some spin, but 09C strikes a good balance. For topspin rallies, 05 is easier and has speed too, but you never get more than the rubber's own rebound gives you, so if you're a power player who wants to put all your own strength into the shot, I think a tacky rubber gives you more power. Since it flies more easily than Hurricane and rallies tend to go longer, 09C keeps your play more stable. It's an all-around rubber.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I have this on a Viscaria.
I thought it might fly too much and be hard to control, but the loop grips really well and the ball has amazing extension.
I'd say it's closer to a tacky-type rubber.
Pushes were also easy to control and had good spin.
Hitting full-power smashes or topspin drives led to a lot of overshooting, so as long as you're careful with how much power you put in, I think it's an extremely easy rubber to use.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I currently use this on my forehand.
Unlike the other tacky tension rubbers I've used before, I was really surprised that you can get plenty of speed even playing away from the table.
Blocks don't fly, so my impression is that you get better shots by putting your own spin on the ball rather than relying on your opponent's power.
All in all, I think this rubber can handle that luxury problem of wanting to take the initiative with spin while still wanting real power.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

It's easy to put spin on the ball, and shots land deep. It doesn't really feel like a tacky rubber, honestly. If you brush it right, the ball goes to some nasty spots.
