I borrowed one and gave it a try.
It holds the ball on the racket a long time. But it still has plenty of power.
Speed drives were easy to hit.
Even if your form breaks down a bit, the ball still goes in reliably.
I think it's good for improving your drive technique.

Used on the forehand of a Kenta Matsudaira ALC. Among the 47-48 degree rubbers I've used so far, this one felt soft, but it flies really nicely and the ball has good drive/carry. The sheet also grips the ball well, and even someone without much power like me can get the ball to sink in, so the spin comes out well too. Backspin balls come up without any problem too.

If you're thinking about grip on the ball, bounce, and price all together...
I think this is a safe bet for intermediate-and-up players who mainly rely on the topspin drive.
If I had to point out a downside first, if you can consistently spend another 2000 yen, you might as well go with a certain spring-sponge rubber's number 5.
That one has a higher max spin value after all.
But this rubber holds its own against it while keeping the price down, and that's exactly its value.
And since the sponge lineup goes all the way up to an Ultra Max with the maximum possible thickness, if you want to put on spin and really blast the ball...
this is really the only rubber for that. I use the 1.9mm and even that bounces plenty.
None of the techniques are hard to pull off with it either...
It suits any blade. Wood, or an inner-composite close to wood, is a good match.
Personally, if you want a balance of bounce and spin, I'd say the 48; if you want spin above all, go with Hexer Powersponge SFX.
I'll admit I'm partial to Andro, but I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants to go their own way instead of using the one certain brand that's No. 1 in domestic market share.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The sound off the ball is high-pitched and it bounces quite a lot, so it feels like hitting with a booster-treated rubber.

I was trying to figure out what would be good for my backhand, and since I felt the V>11 Extra I'd been using lacked power, I decided to try this out.
I used the red 2.0mm version.
I mainly use it on my backhand, but I also flipped it over and tried hitting forehand with it.
When I hit with it, I felt the feel was actually pretty close to Tenergy — the kind of feel where you can tell you're really driving the ball and putting spin on it yourself. When I actually asked my opponent, they said not just the speed but the power was also impressive, so on both forehand and backhand the drive felt great.
Blocking took a bit of getting used to, I felt. Because the ball comes up so solidly, if your angle was even a little off it would sail long (might be my lack of skill though, haha), but once I got used to it, it was fine.
I mainly used it on the backhand, and countering backspin with a drive was quite easy. Both speed and power exceeded my previous rubber.
In conclusion, I felt the performance was satisfying on both forehand and backhand.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I'd been using Rozena but felt it lacked power, so I tried this on my forehand.
I think this rubber is more about spin than speed. Personally, I think its biggest characteristic is that the ball tends to fly in the direction of your swing (i.e., upward)! So it's really easy to lift backspin balls! However, against topspin you need to close your racket angle more than with a normal rubber or you'll overshoot, so be careful there. I think it's especially recommended for intermediate players!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

When you sink the ball in, it picks up tons of spin and you can hit a fast, dipping drive. Of course you can also hit a drive that stays low and skids through, so you can really keep your opponent off balance.
