RAKZA X table tennis rubber from Yasaka is the latest addition to the popular and highly successful RAXZA series of Yasaka rubbers. The top sheet is a mainly natural rubber gum, employing a new production method.
The result is a top surface with exceptional grip enabling both phenomenal spin and speed. These qualities reduce the margin for error. This top sheet is then combined with a harder “Power Sponge”. The resulting combination of a faster sponge and high grip top sheet enables you to place the ball accurately with a high degree of success.
Serves and short returns are both very sharp, similar to the Rakza 7 and Rakza 9.
RAKZA X – yet another winning combination from Yasaka!

This rubber is addictive.
Both spin and speed are more than satisfactory.
The list price is affordable too.
It suits wood and inner-carbon type blades. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

It's a bit heavy, but the spin it generates is amazing.
It also has decent speed and control, so I'd recommend it.
With a plywood blade it leans toward spin,
and with a carbon blade it leans toward speed. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

If you swing through properly, you get really good shots, but if you just try to block or place the ball, the blade snaps it back and you feel the rubber's hardness, resulting in a flat, straight ball.
It shows its power more in mid-distance topspin rallies than when playing close to the table. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

It's hard. That said, it's not that you can't sink the ball into it — if you're reasonably skilled, you can make it work.
Since it lasts a long time, I think the value for money is good. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

It has that "grabbing" feeling you get with rubbers like Tenergy 05. The ball doesn't slip, and control is good too.

sun (Experience: 6〜10 years) Outstanding control + spin. My forehand is now stable and set with this.

Used it on my forehand.
I tried it with two blades — 7-ply and 5-ply wood — plus max thickness sponge.Forehand hitting: quite stable
Block: if you get the angle right, good shots go in easily
Drive: whether you brush it or sink it in, you get a lot of spin
Smash: average
Serve: excellent sharpness
Receive: pushes are easily affected by incoming spin
once you get used to it, both pushes and stops become stable
Slipping: none at allPros and cons
- Even when your opponent targets your middle and you're forced into an awkward stance, you can still aim your shot.
- I was impressed that I could drive without any slipping at all, even on balls that would slip with other rubbers.Other notes - I think the value for money is very good.
- Based on the hardness rating it seems like it'd feel hard, but once you actually hit with it, the hardness is just right, so the feel is very good and control is excellent.
- Being a non-slip sheet, it doesn't slip and generates plenty of spin, making it an all-round rubber I can recommend to anyone.
- With a carbon-reinforced blade, I think you can get an extra speed boost and draw out even more performance depending on the blade. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
