Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The C-1 comes into the series softer than G-1 and P-1 but a bit harder than S-1 for more speed while still maintaining a high degree of control. Slower and controllable in the short game, good placement and pace on medium shots, and power on solid shots.

    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly rated as a stability-focused rubber suitable for beginners to intermediate players. Backhand usage is particularly recommended, offering excellent ball control and spin despite its soft sponge. Some advanced players note a lack of speed and power for competitive play.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Excellent stability and ease of use on backhand
    • Easy to apply spin with good short-range technique
    • Soft sponge ideal for beginners but lower maximum performance
    • Long durability and good rubber longevity
    • Pairing with Fastarc G1 on forehand is recommended
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveDespite being a lightweight German rubber, it has sufficient bounce. The soft sponge provides excellent grip for precise shot placement, making it an all-around excellent rubber.
▽ CriticalSlightly slow with moderate spin. Lacks the power desired by advanced players seeking maximum speed.

It really feels like a true Fastarc rubber.
I put it on my backhand.
Since it's easy to put spin on serves,
I've been able to add more variety to my serves.
Blocking is easy too, and it's become very stable.

Compared to the G-1, this rubber has a bit less grip on the ball, but it feels more stable and consistent. Also, if you sink the ball in properly when hitting, you get plenty of spin that can throw off the opponent's rubber, and it still goes in reliably even when you back away from the table, which I think is great. I think it's a good idea to try the G-1 after using this rubber.

I think this is the rubber with the best control in the whole Fastarc series.
The spin is on the lower side within the Fastarc line, but it still gives you the minimum spin you need, and it bites well.
The speed is neither too fast nor too slow — right in the middle — and it grips the ball well, so you can produce loops with plenty of spin.
Personally, I think it's better to graze the ball rather than hit it flat.
Lastly, on the backhand it doesn't bounce too much, so the control is good and it feels very stable.
I think the lifespan is around three months.

I borrowed this from a friend and got to try it out. It's easy to hit against backspin. It "lifts easily" — since it's soft, I'd recommend it for the backhand. I don't know if it's because of my blade, but it makes a kind of hollow "poko-poko" sound.

I used G1 on my forehand and C1 on my backhand.
First, for a normal backhand shot... there's really no quirk to it, it draws a low arc. Backhand drives feel similar, like the spin just naturally comes on its own.
As for lifting backhand drives, this is amazingly easy to lift with! With plenty of spin and great stability, you can swing through with confidence. The control is good too.
For the short game, there's nothing particularly hard to do here either. Chiquita goes in without bouncing needlessly, and stops land nice and cleanly.
I thought this would be great for players who want to add spin and play a stable game!

In terms of feel, it was similar to Tenergy 80. Really easy to use!

This rubber's lifespan is about three months.
But within that period, I think it's a good rubber.
It generates a fair amount of spin, and the speed is decent too.
The control is really good, so I think it's great as, say, a third rubber to try.

This is perfect for people who value stability over spin on their drives.
The power is pretty good too.
It's easy to use on the forehand, but it's easier to play with on the backhand.
