RAKZA X is the first rubber with NSS (New Surface System), Yasaka’s new production process to improve the grip of the rubber surface. NSS gives a stronger touch when hitting the ball, and the control in both attack and blocking is improved.
In RAKZA X Soft the same surface rubber is working together with a relatively soft sponge, Feel Sponge, with good catapult effect. The combination of the elastic sponge and high grip top sheet increase the the feeling and improves the control of your game.

It has good grip, so it puts plenty of spin on the ball.
It's stable, and I think it's a great rubber for beginners to intermediate players, or for switching over from a high-elasticity rubber to a tension rubber.
Compared to the Rakza 7 Soft, the trajectory is a bit flatter, so I got the impression it leans more toward speed.

Blocks and counters land at a surprising rate. Short-game techniques also seem not to be affected much by the opponent's spin, so they're very stable. Because of that, drives and counter-drives also went in as long as I used a compact swing.
Overall it feels a bit on the hard side, and my impression was that it's "specialized for meet-hitting technique," has "stability that doesn't lose to the opponent's spin," and is "recommended for close-to-the-table players who hit hard and often." Best of all, it doesn't slip!!! It pairs well with a 7-ply wood blade. It's easy to use even for clumsy players (myself included), so I don't think it picks and chooses its users.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

It grips the ball like crazy!!
It draws a solid arc and lands, and it's easy to control too. This is a truly godly rubber!
I'm pretty strong and have a solid build, so even with this softer rubber I get plenty of speed — my senpai in the club even told me my ball speed was creepy fast lol. The only thing is, the lifespan feels a bit short.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Currently using it on the reverse side of a Chinese-style penhold blade.
It's a non-slip sheet with really good grip on the ball, so spin-based techniques like drives and chiquitas are very easy to do.
Also, because the sponge is soft, meet-hitting and blocking by sinking the ball in are both stable.
Sinking the ball in when you hit also produces good speed.
I think this rubber's strengths really come out when paired with a hard blade, like a 7-ply or one with special materials.
That said, I feel like the rubber's lifespan is short. It stops gripping the ball after about three weeks.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Since it's soft, speed is a bit hard to generate, but it's amazingly easy to put spin on the ball.

It's technically the soft version, but I found it works just fine on the forehand.
Blocking especially was easy to do, and receiving was good too.

Max thickness on the backhand, but it's great no matter what! Spin and speed are beyond complaint, though maybe the control side isn't suited to beginners?
)...says this beginner. For me, it shows its effect the most when I use backhand serves. Also great for aggressive attacking blocks against the opponent's hard hits!!
