TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

sea urchin (Experience:4〜5 years) It feels quite automated, but it's definitely what you'd expect from Tena.

I was using Tenergy 80 (hereinafter referred to as 80), but I switched on a friend's recommendation.
Compared to 80, Tenergy 05 (hereinafter abbreviated as 05) feels like it flies with a crisp sound even without much force on impact.
Also, while it's slightly less stable than 80, if you hit it hard and dig into it, even the inner core can exceed the maximum value of 80.
As for spin performance, as expected from Butterfly, it's the so-called "Tenergy you expect."
It generates spin almost as much as a sticky rubber, but it feels like the topsheet generates the spin without you having to rub it yourself.
However, if you use it thinking, "I'm an intermediate player, so I'm going to step up my game!", you'll probably be disappointed. I think it's better to use it after you've gained confidence in your skills.
You probably won't be able to master it.
The inner core is fine, but personally, I think outer cores like Fan Zhendong ALC or Viscaria are a better match.
I highly recommend everyone try it!
