TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

The Battle of Minoshima! The ultimate classic

The ultimate rubber for drive players, representing the pinnacle of their game.
It boasts both lightness and intense spin performance.
Among the many spin-oriented tension rubbers, Tenergy truly achieves this level of balance.
While its lifespan is relatively short, its high initial performance means it can be used for a considerable period.

Table tennis club at the beginning of junior high school (Experience:2〜3 years)

I'm a junior high school student with two years of table tennis experience, not a member of a club team, and my skill level is at the prefectural tournament level.
I used to use the thick Grazer blade, but compared to that, the ball goes in more easily. It feels like the ball goes in just by swinging.
I use loop drives more often than speed drives, and this is very easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone who can make solid contact with the ball. Those who slide their serves might find the amount of spin slightly reduced.

I always used a thick rubber on one side of my racket for about a year, and it felt most comfortable on my forehand.
Even if I jammed the ball, if I could just make contact and push it forward, it would basically go in.
It's easy to do loops and serves, and it generates a lot of spin.
Control seems to depend on skill, but personally, I find it difficult.
It doesn't seem suitable for people who hit with too much force.
I think practice is necessary, but once you get used to it, I feel it's a strong rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
