TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

Intermediate level 5 (Experience:4〜5 years) Two months have passed since I started using Tenergy 05...

      Reviews by user

I've been using it for two months. Well, there hasn't been any major changes. Maybe it's just lost a little bit of spin, that's all. Don't worry about it. Now, a comparison with Dignics. Speed Tenergy = Dignics, Spin Dignics > Tenergy, Drive Dignics > Tenergy, Tsutsuki Dignics = Tenergy, Serve Dignics > Tenergy. That's about it. Dig is brutal, but Tenergy is still a good rubber. The spin is normally good, and if it works, it's faster than Dig. If it works, that is. Tenergy is softer than Dignics, so it's easier to handle, which is an advantage that Dignics doesn't have. If you're going to stick it, I recommend it on the back. It's soft after all. It's easy to bounce and hang, it's light, and the racket is an inner one, a butterfly one, etc. Sorry for the long post.

Temi (Experience:2〜3 years) As expected, the strongest rubber

      Reviews by user

As expected, Tenergy is the strongest rubber... It has top-level performance in terms of both spin and speed. Also, because the arc is high, it was easier to get into the base than I expected and it was stable (although I still think it's in the category of difficult to control). 05 is one of the Tenergy rubbers.

The first rubber in the Tenergy series, it has an undeniable track record.

Not only does it have a good balance of speed and spin, but it was one of the rubbers that shocked me when speed glue and additives were first banned.

The best part is the impact sound!

The refreshing metallic sound makes it feel good to hit!

I personally wish it was a little harder, but there's also the hard version, so it's all you could ask for.

Apart from the price, this rubber has no real flaws.

It may be that everyone is using it, so it's easy for opponents to use too.

Masamune (Experience:6〜10 years) Overwhelming destructive power

      Reviews by user

Spin, speed, arc. It's outstanding in every respect!

However, the downside is its lifespan. For those who practice a lot, it may be hard on the wallet.

Still, as professional athletes still use it, its potential is limitless!!

Spinning Drive Man (Experience:11〜20 years) High spin performance

      Reviews by user

I used the extra thick rubber on my forehand.
The first thing I thought when I hit it was that it was just difficult to use.
I'd only used German-made rubbers until now, so when I put the rubber over the ball, it surprisingly dropped.
So you need to open the rubber a little and hit it, but with this method of hitting, drive rallies are super stable and I was able to hit drives with a lot of spin.
It was easy to hit with underspin.
The speed drive is a little lacking in speed, but if you hit it with a proper swing, you can get a ball with a lot of spin.
The loop drive was really good.
      The ball spins incredibly sharply.
The flicks are also stable, and you can push and stop the ball with no difficulty.
I think it's quite easy to use if you're not using hard rubbers.
The stability and spin performance are amazing, so I think I'll use it in the future.

@Rabi (Experience:4〜5 years) Seriously good rubber

      Reviews by user

In conclusion, it's a really good rubber.
I'll evaluate it one by one.

      :Speed:
I feel that it's the easiest rubber to get speed out of all the rubbers I've used so far.

      :Spin:
      This is seriously godlike.
Even if you don't intend to put that much spin on it, it's a rubber that makes your opponent feel uncomfortable. So the loops and spins are also crazy, so I think that even with connecting balls, it will be easier to hit.

      :Control:
Because it's not too hard, it doesn't feel hard to control, and it fits on the table.
However, when I played table tennis for the first time in a while, I still noticed that there were a lot of over-misses and it seemed to fly.

This is my personal evaluation of the rubber.
But as a first addition, I think that if you don't have the skills, it's just a rubber that will destroy you. There were people who used Tenergy in junior high school, but I don't think people who don't have the basics should use it.
It's a rubber that flies, and it's all about spin, so if you can't feel the spin in the first place, it's a waste of a valuable rubber.
So, this is only an evaluation from the perspective of an intermediate player.
If you're a beginner and you're interested in Tenergy, I think you can start with Rosena.
