When you think tacky rubber, this is the one, right? lol
The push, the drive, the serve — the spin on all of them is insane, haha
But I can't recommend it to people without much strength
If you've got the power, you get that distinctive Hurricane "wobble," but without power it just turns into a dead, spinless ball

This is a good rubber, honestly. It's not as bad as people say online. I switched over from a hardcore tension rubber, and what I felt on day one was this awful lack of bounce. I tried to rally, hit a basic forehand serve on the first ball, and the ball just went "plop, plop" — I burst out laughing. Also, the way you cut the ball is different from tension rubber, so my serves had no spin on day one. But by day two or so, it's like day one never happened — it starts bouncing almost like a tension rubber. You start to get the feel for cutting the ball, and your drives start spinning too. It really feels like the strongest rubber out there, lol. The one issue is that smashes feel weirdly slow. It's an uncomfortable sensation. But once you get past that, it's honestly better than a normal tension rubber, like a god-tier rubber. I'd say you should definitely try it. Oh, but if you're using a light blade and feel like you don't have much muscle strength, I'd say definitely avoid this. Your impact gets weaker and it just turns into a garbage rubber.

I'd say it's on the bouncier side among the Hurricane series.
You can hit drives with a low trajectory that really carry through. (After 2-3 years of continuous use, my Hurricane drives have finally become consistent.)
I absolutely can't recommend it to anyone who doesn't practice a lot.
The short game is genuinely excellent, as expected.
It's also weak against humidity — a very difficult, quirky rubber.
If you're the type who keeps switching rubbers all the time, just stick with a tension rubber.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Used it again for the first time in 5 months. I used to think it was way too hard and totally unusable, but when I tried it yesterday, the spin was insane — when I sank the ball in and hit it, the trajectory was low but with such intense spin that the drive dove down and dug in deep near the opponent's end line. My opponent looked like they were really struggling to block or counter it. I managed to hit a power drive like the one my idol Fan Zhendong hits, so I'm thinking of moving my Tenergy 05 (which I currently use on my forehand) to my backhand and putting one of the Hurricane series rubbers on my forehand instead. Anyway, the drive was just brutal.

Sharp ONCE (Experience: ２〜３ years) Re-review!

Now that I've gotten a feel for how to use it, here's a re-review.
- Serve: great — if you go for the spin-and-throw feel, the backspin is enough to make everyone miss it into the net at least once.
- Receive: great — since it doesn't bounce much, the short game especially is really easy to handle.
- Drive: great — first, the DHS sheet has amazing grip on the ball, so you can loop it back even from below the table.
When you brush the ball, it often blows the opponent's block away, and if you really sink it in, it becomes a straight-up weapon.
- Block: thanks to the tackiness, the spin becomes irregular and opponents miss it a lot. But it's easily affected by spin.
Among the Hurricane rubbers this one bounces fairly well, but it still falls into the low-bounce category. Just be careful about that!
One more thing I want to say: you should build up your muscles. Otherwise you'll just get a dead, spinless ball.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

First off, rallies really didn't have much bounce at all. Topspin drives were easy to put a lot of spin on, and the spin was strong. But if your swing speed isn't fast, the ball ends up being spin-only, and once your opponent's skill level gets high enough they'll counter it and take the point off you instead. So unless you're a skilled player with a fast swing, it's hard to win consistently in matches with this.
The short game is easy to cut short, so it was easy to create chances. The advantages of this rubber are that it's easy to put strong spin on, and serves and short-game shots stay short and are easy to cut. For blocking, I think a block that adds spin and extends the ball works well. If your swing speed is fast, drives can come out incredibly well! The downsides of this rubber are that power doesn't come out much unless your swing speed is fast, blocking is a bit difficult, it's easily affected by spin, and it's weak against humidity. So this rubber is tough to handle unless you have swing speed, a high skill level, and can properly maintain the rubber. It's a difficult rubber to master, but it made me want to improve my own skills so I can master it myself someday.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Adhesive cut man (Experience: ４〜５ years) A perfect match for chopper blades

I used to use Hurricane Pro 3, but since it didn't have much bounce even on my Muramatsu Yuto chopper blade, I bought the Neo 3.
After about a month of use, compared to the Pro 3 my chop control got better and my push also became more consistent!
Plus, since it's the bouncier rubber, I can hit topspin drives even from away from the table without losing out to attacking players.
Even more so on chance balls. That said, I think it might bounce a bit too much for first- or second-year beginners, so in that case a lower-bounce blade would probably be better. Also, I heard it lasts longer than you'd expect for a tacky rubber, so it might be good value for money too.
Since it's used by chopper players like Hashimoto and Sato on the women's side, I'd recommend it to any tacky-rubber chopper at least once!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
