I switched over from the G-1.
So let me give a comparison with the G-1.
The blade I'm using is the Innerforce ALC.
First, it didn't feel all that heavy. But since it doesn't carry the ball much, you have to swing bigger, and that's when it feels a bit heavy — though I think it's no problem once you get used to it.
Also, it gave a surprisingly soft impression.
If you go for a full swing, you get good shots, but in a match, when you don't know where the ball is coming and end up with a half-hearted swing, you get mistakes or set up chance balls for your opponent, so I felt this is more for advanced players.
Also, I think you can use it even without much muscle strength, but you won't get heavy balls and won't be able to take advantage of what makes Hurricane rubbers good, so if you're not confident in your strength, I felt something like Tenergy would be better for you.
Also, maintaining it is really difficult, so I don't think I can recommend it much to people who find that kind of thing a hassle (lol)
Serves and loop drives get spin on them and produce nasty shots, but it takes some skill, and actually using that in a match is genuinely difficult, so as I mentioned, I think it's for advanced players.

Forehand: gets a lot of spin, and I think even beginners can use it to some extent. If your swing speed is fast, you can produce really nasty shots. Also, receives like pushes and flicks are very easy to do.
Backhand: I can't really recommend it. Backhand flicks and pushes over the table are just as easy as on the forehand, but drives require a lot of power, so middle schoolers can't really handle it (I'm a middle schooler myself, lol)
It takes some getting used to, but compared to DHS's other tacky rubbers, I'd say it's on the easier side to use. Also, I think it's better to have a blade with a special composite material in it.

Puts a ton of spin on the ball! My blade is a 5-ply with some flex, and it generates crazy amounts of spin, but the speed is basically nonexistent. Unless you hit with a strong impact it just turns into a dead, spinless ball. If you're confident in your muscle strength, I'd say go ahead and give it a try.

It doesn't have much bounce when you first start using it.
As you keep hitting with it, it gradually gets more bounce day by day.
Since it's a Hurricane rubber, you can handle the short game with no problems.
For drives, compared to Turbo Orange and Turbo Blue, I think this one lets you produce the most consistent, high-quality shots.
If you flick the ball on a drive it won't carry and you can't correct it. In that sense, Turbo Orange has a slightly softer feel and is easier to use, but the Neo 3 produces a heavier ball.
Since it's tacky, hitting against backspin is still difficult if you're not used to it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I switched over from an unorthodox short-pips, close-to-the-table attacking style on my backhand.
Flicks, stops, and pushes over the table go in more consistently compared to Tenergy.
I'd guess that's because, being tacky, it doesn't bounce much, so you can control the power yourself.
Even a full-swing forehand drive close to the table goes in consistently.

I mainly use this on my forehand for chopping. The tacky sheet combined with a surprisingly grippy sponge means my chops get tons of spin and stay stable. Against drives, I can send back a heavily-spun chop deep on the table, which makes it easy to build a strategy. For pushes, if you use the tackiness and hit the ball thin, you get a ton of spin, but if your angle is even slightly off it'll fly long, so it takes practice. When switching to attack, you can hit with enough speed to finish the point in one shot, and you can also hold your own in topspin rallies, so I'd recommend it to choppers who play a balanced offense-defense style.

I tried using the Provincial Hurricane Blue Sponge rubber
that's used by a Chinese provincial team,
and there were a few
pros and cons,
so let me introduce them.~Pros~
Incredible spin
The arc curves like crazy
Easy to counter with
Bounces way more than you'd expect from a tacky rubber
Stops and pushes are also easy to do
And various other things...~Cons~
Lifespan is a bit short
(this changes if you take care of it)
Without power it just becomes a dead, spinless ball
Likes and dislikes vary a lot by person
Expensive
There are fakes out there
Hard to get hold of
And various other things...----------------------------
That's about the gist of it! (´▽｀)

Also, I think this rubber
is plenty usable
even from middle-school age ٩(´︶`)۶And if you're thinking about buying it,
