<Attacking techniques> The smash lacks speed and easily turns into a knuckle ball. If your backhand is tension rubber or short pips, you should flip the racket around to hit. For the drive, unless you hit it with a solid, direct impact like Chinese players do, you don't get speed or spin. The loop drive gets both arc and spin from just a light brush, so I think pretty much anyone can pull that off. The chiquita is easy to put spin on, and when the opponent blocks it, the ball just flies off somewhere random, so it's really good.
<Defensive techniques> Because of the tackiness, blocks are easily affected by the opponent's spin. I was surprised at how nasty the spin was on my pushes. There are times in matches when my drive isn't working but I can still win with pushes. My stops came out unbelievably short.
<Serves> The spin serves were absolutely vicious. Since the spin is so strong, a knuckle serve that exploits the gap in expectation works really well in matches. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

With this rubber, I was really able to sink the ball down with a proper drive, and it felt like my opponent could do nothing about it. As a penhold player, having a rubber like this that isn't tacky becomes even more important, but you do need to use a lot of muscle to generate real speed.

I think this is a perfect rubber for someone who has power and can brush the ball forward with strength. But the premise is that it's used by someone with power (or who's good at shifting their body weight). Otherwise, you run into the downside people often mention about tacky rubbers - that the ball is slow because it doesn't bounce. That said, if you can use it well, you get a lot of speed out of it (though this could be largely down to the blade). And because you can generate speed, being able to slow the ball down when you want also turns into an advantage. One thing to watch out for, though, is that because it gets so much spin, receiving gets harder, and if your form breaks down even slightly from the proper stroke, you'll pop the ball up or hit it completely flat. Hope this helps.

My first tacky rubber!
In one word: physical strength matters!
Because it's tacky, the drive holds the ball well, and if you swing it properly, you get a low trajectory that dips down. The winning rate is high. But if your swing is weak, you either get a flat, dead ball or a high arcing one - only soft, easy balls to handle.
Pushes are hard to pull off.
Stops and flicks are super easy to do - I have way more patterns available than before.
As for serves, if you cut them properly, they drop really well. Especially combined with a knuckle serve, it's easy to mess with your opponent.
Blocking lands better than I expected. Since it doesn't fly much, that makes it even easier.
Overall,
this is tough for an adult who only plays 2-3 times a week.
If you can't keep your swing speed fast and consistent, you'll hurt your body. I'm on the fence about whether to buy it again next time. Because of that, I'm thinking I need to train my body so I can handle it properly. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I've been playing table tennis for 25 years, and this is the best rubber there is. Compared to today's tension rubbers, it's probably inferior in speed, and maybe even in spin and control too. But the ball you hit with a Hurricane produces this nasty "Hurricane-style" ball that a tension rubber just can't give you. Also, spin and control can be made up for with physical ability and skill, and if you can really use a Hurricane well, it doesn't lose out to top-level tension rubbers like Tenergy or Omega either. I think a lot of people won't find it suits them, but it's a rubber I want everyone to try at least once.

I went ahead and bought the Hurricane Neo3!
If you hit it with a solid, committed stroke, you get a ball with a low trajectory and strong spin. The change after the bounce especially is amazing. On the other hand, if you hit it from an awkward position, you don't get a good ball at all.
These days, middle schoolers use this rubber, probably because they look up to Chinese players, but they basically can't handle it. Honestly, it's tough even for Japanese players in general to use well. I started table tennis in elementary school and have been to nationals a few times, and even players with insanely fast swing speeds don't use this rubber. There's no way a middle schooler could handle it. Serves definitely bite well. But long serves tend to get too soft. When I bought it myself, I thought, "so this is what a tacky rubber is like!"
And I ended up deciding not to use it anymore.

As for spin, since it doesn't fly much, you can really put a lot of spin on the ball, and when it lands, it blows the opponent's block right off course.
As for speed, since the sheet is hard, it's actually pretty fast.
Depending on how you hit it, the drive dips down like crazy and the opponent couldn't return it at all.
But it's weak against humidity.
