Double the speed of whatever ball my opponent hits back at me. On top of that, with the added spin, you can hit really sharp shots.

I'd always used Neo2, but this is on a completely different level. The catalog said it trades off some spin for more bounce, but I didn't notice much change in the spin at all. And more than anything, the performance changes a lot depending on the blade. I use it on a Hurricane Long 5, but the Ma Long Carbon left a slightly better impression in terms of price and feel. It extends nicely and lets you hit powerful drives.

The tackiness doesn't feel all that strong, but it bites better than tension-type inverted rubbers.
It doesn't bounce all that much, so you can put full power into your serve spin, and the short game is easy too.
The drive gets plenty of spin as well.
And the drive has that nasty quality unique to Hurricane rubbers.

At first it felt really hard.
But the more I used it, the more it broke in nicely.
Now it's my go-to partner on the forehand.
The spin is amazing, and the speed is decent too.

I've relied on this rubber for a long time. First, about speed - it flies well at first, but once the base-coating effect (kind of like a booster agent) wears off, it doesn't fly as much anymore. As for spin, this really grabs the ball. That's the biggest feature of a tacky rubber. If you take care of it properly, the tackiness doesn't go away. Lastly, I think this is for advanced power hitters. The rubber itself is heavy, and while it's on the bouncier side among tacky rubbers, it still doesn't bounce as much as a tension rubber, so I can't recommend it to beginners. I strongly recommend it for advanced players. Chops are stable with it too.

Hurricane rubbers come in the orange sponge version sold in Japan, and a special blue sponge version that's rarely available even inside China.
This time I used the top-of-the-line National Team version among those special editions. It's listed as 41.5 degrees hardness, but it feels more like around 38 degrees. It combines both spin and speed, and the spin in particular is on a completely different level compared to a regular Hurricane.
