      The trajectory change is dramatic when hitting against chops

      I think the DHS version is better than the Nittaku one

      I use the blue sponge version. The sponge is on the hard side, but on loop drives the ball grips into just the sheet, letting you put strong spin on it. There's no worry about dropping the ball short, and it's easy to adjust height, depth, and length.
      The serve doesn't bounce much even compared to other Hurricane rubbers. Because there's a lot of spin and the serve comes out short, I adjust by tossing the ball higher.
      I don't think smashes are stable until you get used to the hardness. Just focusing on a fast drive is already plenty powerful, I think.

      I put it on my forehand, and you can really feel the strong spin on both serves and drives. On top of that, speed drives land consistently and it draws that arc typical of tacky rubbers, so you can hit drives that are hard for your opponent to handle. I think it's good to use as your second tacky rubber.

      First impression: the ball flies off with intense spin

      Drive: intense spin, heavy, draws a unique arc

      Push: easy to do

      Block: changes quite a bit depending on how used to it you are

      Serve: I didn't find it especially easy to put a lot of spin on

      I used Nittaku and DHS in 39 and 40 degrees, and 39 degrees felt best.
      That's because the hardness was just right and the sheet had good grip on the ball

      By the way, Chinese pro players don't actually use pre-tensioned versions like the NEO — for national team use they use the untensioned National Hurricane 3 with blue sponge, so keep that in mind.
      The equipment listed for players on this site is often wrong or very outdated.

      I use Provincial Hurricane blue sponge. Blue sponge has some bounce so it's still okay, but depending on how you hit it, Nittaku's Hurricane doesn't suit inner-carbon blades well,
      and I felt the ball sticks and gets held too long, leading to overshooting. So I felt it's better to hit with a flicking motion or to use an outer-carbon blade.

      I paired the retail Hurricane Neo 3 with a Carbonado 290, trying to make up for the lack of bounce with the blade. I think a bouncy outer-carbon blade would probably suit it well. A certain YouTuber paired it with a Timo Boll ALC.
      Among the Hurricane rubbers this one leans more toward speed, but spin is still what really stands out. Also, because of the tacky rubber's quirks, these quick spinny drives are apparently hard to receive. I'm a tension rubber user myself, so I gave up trying to open the racket face and hit with the tacky style, but if you can master it, I think it'd be really fun and really strong.
