TENERGY 64 is the fastest attacking rubber of the TENERGY family; the No. 64 being the development code of the pimples used in producing this reversed rubber.
BUTTERFLY High Tension technology has enabled a fast dynamic rubber to be produced by utilizing the innovative SPRING SPONGE. SPRING SPONGE enables a player to "grip" the ball and "catapult" the return back at high speed and with heavy spin.

No complaints on speed. It's not true that it lacks spin or is hard to spin, like everyone says. If anything, I find it the easiest to put spin on.
The serve bites well too, and it satisfies my personal feel completely. It might depend on the blade you pair it with, but for me, the 64 is better than the 05 or 80 for every technique and every part of my game.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

At the end of the day, it's Tenergy! And within the Tenergy line, the 64 feels the best to me. Personally, I prefer the bounce feel over the 05 and the bit of unpredictability over the 80. A rubber with a moderate amount of unpredictability is what opponents hate to face. As for spin, it's not as lacking as everyone says — it gets plenty. If you have the skill, depending on how you apply spin, Tenergy 64's speed can make it the best rubber out there. Also, since it's soft, it should be the easiest to handle in the whole Tenergy line. Hard rubbers are the mainstream now, but for an average player, something like the 64 is best. Spin comes down to your technique, speed comes down to the equipment's performance. That's really all there is to it.

I'm a chopper, but I've been using this.
These days, choppers are expected to attack a lot too, so I switched from tacky rubber to Tenergy.
Since I attack from away from the table as well as chop, the 64 is easy to use because it's fast enough to finish a point in one shot.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I used this from 5th grade in elementary school through my second year of high school, back when the Tenergy line was still 6,300 yen tax included, before the price went up.
I didn't have much power back then, so hard rubbers were completely unusable for me.
What I was looking for in a rubber at the time was
(1) speed, (2) spin, (3) distance, (4) control, (5) softness, and so on — I wanted something as soft as possible that still had real power, and this was the perfect fit. It's the rubber I've used the longest in my life.
The speed is up there with the top one or two rubbers I've ever used.
But once the price went up to what it is now, I had to give it up for financial reasons — it's a rubber I'd love to use again once I have more room in my budget.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

The speed was really good, but as I was worried, the spin just wasn't there. I felt like techniques for generating spin, like serves, weren't great with this. But fast serves like long serves were really good. That said, it's not like it gets almost no spin at all. For topspin rallies and general rallying, I thought it was fine.
Basically, I think it's a great choice for people who want to attack with speed. But there are a lot of better rubbers out there, so I wouldn't recommend it that strongly.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This is where people new to Tenergy start on the forehand, while die-hard fans put it on the backhand. For intermediate-to-advanced players who already have some power, I'd recommend the 80 or 05 instead. Pairing it with a spin-focused blade gives you good balance. It felt like the spin and speed were roughly on par with Rozena.

I used this on my forehand for 3 months.
You can hit fast topspin drives, and since it's light, the swing felt easy.I was using an ALC.S, so if you want to use it on the forehand, I think a hard blade works fine.
