Used this on the forehand of a 5-ply all-wood blade.
The feel is really great. When I first bounced the ball on it,
I thought "whoa, this bounces like crazy, is this thing going to be okay?" but once I actually hit with it, the speed came out just right.
It also has strong grip on the ball and puts on plenty of spin. There's also that same "hit it and it goes in" feeling you get with Rozena.
By the way, people often say "the pink sponge is a Rozena knockoff!" but if you look closely, the color is actually subtly different.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

The Super Ventus pairs really well with a SWAT blade. This rubber makes it easy to hit drives with plenty of spin, but control is a bit tricky unless you put in a certain amount of effort.

Used this on the backhand (1.8mm) — the feel is quite hard overall, and it's about 6g heavier than the rubber I normally use.
There's not much feeling of the ball gripping into the sheet, but there's plenty of grip on the ball itself, so backhand drives come out with a solid arc. My impression was that it doesn't produce that much speed.
The standout point of this rubber was that, because it grips less through the sheet, you can return the ball with your own spin without being affected much by the opponent's spin.
I served backspin and the opponent pushed it back. A weak push floats up over the table, and I was able to push that ball back without being thrown off by the opponent's backspin — that scored me a lot of points.
With a rubber that grips the ball a lot, you can end up netting the ball, but that didn't happen with this one.
High-end rubbers give you plenty of spin, but that also means you're more easily affected by the opponent's spin.
This rubber, being just the right amount less sensitive to spin, strikes me as easy to use for beginner-to-intermediate players.
If the weight issue and the lack of ball speed got addressed, I'd like to keep using this rubber going forward, but in the end I went back to my familiar Vega Asia.
My takeaway is that if other Ventus rubbers had this same low sensitivity to spin and the weight issue were solved, I'd want to try those too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I use this on my forehand. Thickness is 2.0.
If you're coming from a soft rubber, it'll take some getting used to, but it's not unmanageably hard, so it's well within the range you can adapt to. Of course, if you're already used to this level of hardness, there's no issue at all.
Overall it felt well-balanced, with nothing that was hard to pull off. Both the short game and drives feel stable. It also seemed to have plenty of distance.
Compared to other Ventus rubbers, it's harder and the ball releases a bit faster, so if you're moving over from a rubber that holds the ball well, I'd recommend being a bit more delicate when lifting backspin balls. On the other hand, that quicker release makes meet-hitting shots easier to pull off.
As for whether it has the kind of overwhelming spin or one-shot-kill speed that seals the point, I'd say it's not quite that, but overall it left me with an impression of well-balanced, high-level performance!
For serves, if you don't really bite into it with the sheet the spin comes up short, but if you commit and swing through, it bites plenty. Knuckle (no-spin) serves are easy to produce too.It's a bit heavy, but only a bit.
Using it on the backhand takes a certain level of skill, so I'd recommend it for the forehand. If a sponge hardness of 45 degrees feels a little unreliable to you, this would be just right for a forehand player looking for more stability!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I switched over from Tenergy 05 FX.
For someone at my level, somewhere between beginner and intermediate, this rubber was more than enough.
Since I was coming from 05 FX, I was worried it would feel harder, but it didn't feel as hard as I expected.
Both serves and drives get good spin.
As for speed, my impression is that it puts out more than 05 FX.
At max thickness, the spin still doesn't quite reach Tenergy level, I think, but at my level I don't notice much of a difference.
It also has plenty of bounce.

It's cheap, great value, and just excellent.
The spin performance isn't all that high, so short serves are a bit hard to produce.For topspin rallies it doesn't quite reach Tenergy level, but I felt it performs around Fastarc level.
The performance is far above the previous Ventus lineup, so please give it a try.

Forehand: Speed
I switched from Backhand: Spin to Super Ventus on both sides, but it was too heavy for me to swing through properly.
Compared to other Ventus rubbers, it feels considerably harder and doesn't hold the ball well, so I don't think it's suited to the backhand. It's dramatically faster than other Ventus rubbers, and the trajectory is low, which takes some getting used to, but once you adapt, you can hit forehand drives with a wickedly stable trajectory! However, it slips a lot and doesn't grip the ball well, so I'm definitely going to switch out the backhand.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
