The Nittaku Acoustic was made according to the principles used in making string instruments. The materials used for this blade are thicker and softer than those in the Nittaku Violin. This provides the Acoustic with stable characteristics when attacking and blocking. Made in Japan.

I normally use the Acoustic Carbon, and bought this one to relearn the basics with pure wood.
Right from forehand hitting, what struck me was the incredibly thick, solid feel.
I get why it's called a masterpiece.It bounced more than I expected, which made me wonder if it might even bounce more than some mediocre inner or fiber blades.
Playing close to the table is really comfortable — even swinging all out, the ball stays on the table.
That said, it doesn't have that one-shot-kill feel like a carbon blade, so it seems better to win points through spin amount and ball weight instead.Playing mid- to far-distance takes a bit more effort, so I felt it suits calm, close-to-the-table attacking play better than getting into intense exchanges from further back.
Also, this time I put on hard rubbers on both sides for the sake of relearning fundamentals, but for actual matches I'd recommend softer rubbers instead (something around 45-48 German hardness).
A blade you can use at any level, from beginner to advanced, just by changing the type of rubber to match.

In short, this blade doesn't care who's using it or what rubber is on it. Control performance is excellent, and I can recommend it whether it's your first blade or your third or fourth.
*I'm rating performance with SWAT as the baseline of 5.
The advantages, I'd say, are:
- Great control performance, so your technique overall stays stable
- Great ball-holding — whether you grip and brush the ball or flat-hit it, it goes in
- On the softer side, so spin is easy to generate
The downsides would be:
- Almost no speed
- Because it grips the ball so well, you sometimes overshoot
- It's expensiveThat said, it really is true that this blade doesn't discriminate by playing style — I can even recommend it to long-pips players. The bounce is a bit lacking, so try adjusting for that with your rubber choice.

Middle 1 (Experience: ２〜３ years) The best!

I was originally using Butterfly's TB5A, but wanted a change of blade, so I bought this one. On the forehand I'm using Fastarc C1, and on the backhand Vega Europe. The feel and ball-holding really are top-tier. Some people might find the speed lacking, but you'll just have to make up for that with your arm. I mentioned I'm using Vega Europe on the backhand, but it turned out too soft for my taste, so I'm planning to go with something harder next.

The moment you hit the ball, you're surprised by how good the feel is.
The ball sits on it well and it bounces nicely, so it's very stable.
I'd recommend it to rally-minded players or anyone who prioritizes stability.
But when you want to put power into a shot, it delivers properly too —
a really all-round wood blade.

I kept switching blades and going back and forth, but I finally settled on the Acoustic, since I make fewer mistakes with it in matches.

I bought this on Amazon for 12,000 yen. I've got Tenergy max thickness on both sides. Before this blade I was mainly using the Hadraw VR, and compared to that, this one feels a lot softer and doesn't bounce as much. In exchange for that though, spin grabs really well, and I feel like my control has improved. So I'd strongly recommend this blade to control-focused players who want a stability-oriented setup.

I was bouncing around between blades, but I settled on the Acoustic.
Whatever type of rubber you put on it, it brings out the best in it.
My style is mainly flat hitting, but maybe thanks to the flex, the speed comes out more than I expected.
I use long pips on the backhand, and blocks are really easy to keep controlled and stable with this.
