The moment I used it I panicked a little!
The spin is amazing, it just spins and spins!
The spin it puts on the ball is almost enough to feel sorry for it.
If anything, I'd guess the ball's crying tears of joy.
It doesn't bounce more than the other Dignics rubbers, but the spin is just brutal.

It doesn't fly with a flat meet-hit, but it does fly with a topspin drive. Since the ball jumps off so strongly, mistakes tend to be overshoots.
The feel on contact seems softer than the hardness rating suggests, but you need a certain amount of impact or more for it to land consistently. Recommended for players who can move well and swing all the way through. The balance between stability and power when you swing fully through is excellent. It gets spin too, but it's a bit "honest" (straightforward), I guess...
The hardness and semi-tackiness make it great for fine over-the-table play. Chiquita grips well and comes up nicely, and the small stuff doesn't fly off the table, so it's easy to keep it in.It can do everything and has a great balance of power and stability, but it's a rubber that assumes you've got physical strength to back it up. It's fun for one-course or pattern practice, but it's not much fun once you get into all-around play or actual games.

I used Dignics 05 before, but it bounced so much even though it had good spin that I couldn't get the short game or chops to stay stable, so I gave up on it.
Tenergy 05 had spin and was stable, but it was soft and flew off the table, so I gave up on that too.
The feel on contact with Dignics 09C is on the harder side. From the very first drive I hit with it, I was blown away by the spin, trajectory, and stability. When you drive with it, the ball rises and draws an arc. It drops fast and accelerates surprisingly quickly off the bounce on the table too.
Even when my contact point dropped low, I could still send the ball flying like Xu Xin does. It's like the rubber adjusts for you.
Backspin balls come up easily when you drive them.
The short game is easy too - stops land with a solid "thwack." Serves and pushes have good spin too.
In topspin rallies and counters, it doesn't lose to the opponent's power. And chops became easy to hold back and stable.
It's such an amazing rubber, I was genuinely moved.
The only downside is the high price, but the performance is worth it, so I can't go back to any other rubber.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I used this switching over from Tenergy 05.
The bounce is toned down more than I expected.
Coming from Tenergy 05, you might even find it a bit of a letdown at first.The arc on topspin drives was bigger and sharper than any rubber I've used before.
You can even bring the ball back with a drive from below the level of the table.
With this type of rubber before, chops would also tend to fly upward, but the 09C is different.
Chops come out low, and it's easy to control how much cut you put on the ball.
The contact sound is a flat "thwack," so I don't think opponents can tell how much spin you're putting on it from the sound.
Even in situations where the opponent pushes your chop and you step in only to find your contact point has dropped, so you can't drive it - you can still drive it with this rubber.
It's pricey,

If you're switching over from Tenergy, you'd better think of this as a completely different rubber. Light hits don't fly much, but drives get plenty of spin. Rather than hitting flat, brushing the ball thinly makes it fly and spin more. Same goes for serves.
Over-the-table techniques get affected if the opponent's spin is strong, but flicks are flawless - that's the best part. If you struggle against backspin, definitely give this a try. Counters might be tricky until you get used to them. If the durability were longer, this would be flawless performance for anyone it suits, so definitely give it a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Glad I bought it. That sums it up perfectly! I bought this rubber with high hopes, and it really turned out to be a rubber I'm glad I got. The first thing that stands out is that it draws an arc even during forehand hitting. What really surprised me was topspin drives on both wings. I usually hit my drives flat without much arc, but even so, the 09C still draws a high arc! I also found the short game easy to do. I'm not great at stops and often send the ball off the table, but with the 09C it stays put really well. Every technique over the table was easy to pull off. As for downsides... if I had to pick one, it'd be the feel on contact - it's not a feel that Hurricane users tend to like much. You do get that rough, nasty ball you'd expect from a tacky rubber, to some extent. That said, it doesn't quite give you the kind of ball you'd get from Chinese rubbers like Hurricane. Though I was using an inner-carbon blade, which probably kept the ball cleaner too - with an outer blade I think you'd get a lot more character out of it. Whether it's serves or drives, the amount of spin was insane! Spin comes on so easily! If you've got some money to spare and you're curious about this one, definitely give it a try!

This time I'm comparing the rumored 09C with Spinart. (There's a theory that it's just the same rubber with a new name)Bounce 09c>Spinart

the 09C is a lot closer to a tension rubber
This is going to be a matter of preference. There are definitely people who'll say Spinart is better (myself included). Well, the price is what it is, and I hear it doesn't last as long, so I'm not going to use it!
