Compared to someone who normally uses tension rubber, this is incredibly hard.
I personally couldn't handle it.That said, the serves bite like crazy.
Since it doesn't fly forward much, you can put full power into cutting the serve and still keep it short.
The drive also produced an insanely spinny loop when I brushed it.However, it's hard to blast through untouched winners with it, so if you're someone who cares more about winning than putting on a flashy show, give this tacky rubber a try.
The ball you send will also be tough for your opponent to deal with.P.S.
I also used the blue sponge version, and it's a different animal from the above - despite being tacky, it was also capable of a drive where the ball sinks into the sponge.

My backhand drive and chiquita both got more spin than before, and it's become easier to keep the ball on the table in the short game.

From my own experience, it feels like a tacky rubber that never quite became a "tacky-tension" rubber. That said, my friend said it bounces plenty, so this might just be my own opinion. If you normally use tension rubber, this won't feel bouncy enough, so I'd recommend trying one of the rubbers labeled "tacky-tension" first.

This is a rubber that's now become the benchmark for all other rubbers.
World champion Ma Long uses it too, and its spin is basically cheating.

Even though it's a tacky rubber, it flew way more than I expected.
I used to use Turbo Orange, but the feel didn't suit me so I switched to Neo3. It's cheaper too, and personally it flew better than Turbo Orange. The ease of use is also completely different. Above all, short-game techniques like flicks and stops are easy to pull off. Hitting against chop also puts a huge amount of spin on the ball, so it arcs in nicely and feels stable. That said, for players who play away from the table, it's not that it won't fly, but I think it requires a lot of skill, so I can't really recommend it for that. I'd recommend it for players whose shots fly in a flatter, straighter line.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The first time I used it I felt like it didn't fly at all, but once I switched to a stroke that put forward spin on the ball to send it out, I felt like it actually flies.
When I hit it well, the speed, spin, and trajectory produce a ball unlike anything else, which is fun, but when I mishit it, the ball goes completely dead and flat - and I mean completely.

The theory that Neo3 is the strongest turned out to be true. It's easier to use than any other Hurricane. Compared to Turbo Orange it feels a bit softer, which makes it easier to handle. It puts out solid speed, and the spin is peak tacky-rubber spin - even from back position, the bounce is on par with tension rubber so you won't lose in exchanges. Another great thing about this rubber is that it suits any blade. Of course it works with pure wood, but it also brings out its own unique goodness with both outer and inner carbon blades. Recommended even for people trying a tacky rubber for the first time.
