Powerful “NEO” sponge and Hurricane 3 rubber with special glutinosity could create stable and high-speed arc, improve the scoring ability of players. NEO Hurricane 3 has a high speed and low fast loop, changeful arc, stronger spin.

It's a tacky rubber, but I found it has good pop when you catch the sweet spot.
Smashes were easy to hit.
For drives, I got a more stable, higher-quality drive by hitting the ball first and then brushing through it, rather than just brushing.
I'm using a Freitas ALC blade, but I still wanted a bit more bounce, so I think pairing it with a high-rebound blade would work well.
The tackiness disappears the moment you breathe on it, so a TSP tack-protector sheet is a must. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I bought this rubber at the same time I switched blades.
The shop staff called it a strongly tacky rubber, but when I touched it, it felt only lightly tacky. Still, once I hit with it, I think it's good because it does grab spin well.
It doesn't bounce as much as a normal tension rubber, but for a tacky rubber it bounces plenty. That said, some people will want even more bounce than this, and for those people I'd recommend Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Orange instead. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

How do (Experience: 4〜5 years) The classic tacky rubber

This was my first tacky rubber — I went with Hurricane Neo 3, and I fell in love with the strong spin and unique trajectory you just don't get from tension rubbers.
It also had more speed than I expected, so I think it's a really easy-to-use, high-performance rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The spin is just insane, period!
The sponge is soft and the ball sinks right into it, so it's easy to put spin on. It's got speed too, so smashes are easy to hit. The short game bites well and serves bite too ^^
Bounce-wise, it's really only good up to close/mid-distance from the table.
Compared to other tacky rubbers, this one was easy to use.
Sorry for the long review. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This is a review of the provincial-team-issue Hurricane Neo 3, blue sponge version.
The blue sponge has three good points:
1) Crazy tackiness that doesn't lose out to rain or humidity
2) Even though it's a Hurricane, it's soft and easy to handle, and the ball still flies! Compared to the regular Hurricane Neo 3, it has more speed both off the racket and after it lands in your opponent's court!
3) It's light! Despite being super tacky, it's only 46g mounted on the blade! That lets you swing faster. Both spin and speed are on par with or better than Tenergy, and it also widens the range of ball quality you can produce on drive attacks.
The cost and how hard it is to get your hands on are the drawbacks, but since Japan's national team players are gradually adopting it, I think it's worth trying at least once.
It also pairs amazingly well with the Fortius FT ver.D — the rubber's spin combined with the blade's speed makes for insane destructive power! All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The spin is so insane the ball just carries and skids like crazy, but it's slow and heavy.
Better than Pro 3, but still slow. I think it'll last about half a year.
Serves bite like crazy too — no-spin serves are hard to do, it feels like all you can really do is put tons of spin on everything.
Blocking is easy, and I could chop with it too.
If you've got power, you can get really strong with this.
I'd really like people who are confident in their power to try it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Gets a ton of spin, really great!
It's a bit on the heavy side, but that's fine!
I got the blue sponge version, but
the orange sponge one was good too!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
