Spin monster (Experience: 11〜20 years) The pinnacle of tacky tension rubbers

Compared to the tacky rubber I used 20 years ago, this is a completely different beast, aside from the smell.
The tackiness of the sheet is mild, but it has decent bounce and is easy to handle.
Every spin-based shot stays consistent at a high level.
It's characterized by being quite heavy, and defensive techniques like blocking can be a bit unforgiving.
I'd recommend it to players with a spin-focused playing style. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

A tacky rubber that has great spin, of course, and more speed than the PRO or the normal version. I've used every Hurricane rubber out there, and this is the easiest one to use so far. That said, it's hard to handle on the backhand, and you get more power on the forehand, so I'd recommend it for forehand use.

This is honestly the only rubber I've found that's stronger than Tenergy. What stands out is the insane spin that comes from the tackiness and the sheer destructive power of the max thickness. I don't feel like I can lose in mid-distance drives or topspin rallies. Pushes and chops are easy to loop up. It's a top-tier rubber that works for basically any player.

Serves bite really well.
If you hit drives with a low-to-high swing (in my case around an 80-degree angle), you get good spin and a high arc. If you use the speed-drive swing you'd normally use with a tension rubber, you get speed while still keeping that tacky-rubber spin. Loop drives also get a ton of spin. You can also use your opponent's curving drive to hit an even nastier curving drive back into a tough angle — that's really fun. Counters are easy to pull off too.
Stops land short and low. Flicks get plenty of speed as long as you snap through the ball properly. Pushes bite well too, of course.
What really impressed me was the smash. I used to use Fastarc G-1, and I felt like my smashes got faster than with that.
Pairing this rubber with a 7-ply blade increases the speed, gives it decent ball-holding feel, and cuts down on its weak points. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I used to be all about tension rubber, but suddenly I got the urge to try tacky rubber, so I put Hurricane on both sides.
At first I thought it just didn't fly at all, but the more I got used to it the more its great performance came through.
Serves bite well, drives have speed, there's plenty of spin, and even hard hits have decent speed... but blocking is a bit rough...
Still, I used this to beat a third-year student who placed 3rd at the city tournament, 3-1 lol
It's really fun once you get used to it, kind of addictive lolAll Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

- Overall
This suits players who brush the ball when they hit. Also, since the rubber is hard, you need swing speed to get the most out of it.

Stops land really well. Also, if you snap the ball, your flicks get plenty of speed too.

With a proper swing you get a ton of spin and can hit some really powerful balls. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

This is my review of the Provincial Hurricane 3 blue sponge version.
Unlike regular Hurricane, the bounce is the first thing that stands out — it doesn't even feel like a Hurricane rubber anymore. The spin is strong too, so you get that wavy, curving drive like the Chinese pros just by hitting a normal drive.
I'd recommend comparing it to a regular Hurricane at least once.
That said, there are a lot of fakes out there, so be careful. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
