Powerful “NEO” sponge and Hurricane 3 rubber with special glutinosity could create stable and high-speed arc, improve the scoring ability of players. NEO Hurricane 3 has a high speed and low fast loop, changeful arc, stronger spin.

Table Tennis Chopper (Experience: 4〜5 years) A popular modern tacky rubber

I used this with both the Koji Matsushita Offensive and Super Defensive blades, but with the Super Defensive the top ply is too soft and it feels off. I think it's better paired with a blade that has a harder top ply.
People say this is the fastest-flying rubber in the Hurricane lineup, but I didn't really notice much difference. Even with the built-in speed-glue effect, it only really flies well for about the first two weeks. Spin is there, though.
I'd recommend the Nittaku version of Neo 3 over the DHS one. The Nittaku sponge is softer, so it's easier to put spin on.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Pretty much sums it up in the title.
I switched over from a high-tension rubber.
It felt a bit off until I got used to it, but overall I'm satisfied.
The short game in particular is really easy with this.- Serve
You can produce really ripping serves.
Since it doesn't bounce much, the spin on short serves is no joke.- Receive
Returning serves is easier than with a high-tension rubber.
You also get these wobbly, tricky balls, so you can give your opponent a ball that's hard to attack on the third ball.- Play over the table
Flicks, pushes, blocks — all of it is easy to hit, and I have no complaints about any of these shots.- Backhand
Just as easy as the short game, and you can hit with real pace behind it.- Chop
This is also easy to do without any issues.- Mid-to-far from the table
Since it doesn't bounce much, you do need a certain level of skill, but if you focus on it you can still produce spinny, wobbling balls, so compared to other rubbers it's not particularly hard to hit with from back there. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Mr. Yu (Experience: 6〜10 years) Great for drives

I use Hurricane because I want to hit drives with tons of spin like Ma Long or Zhang Jike.
Here's my breakdown by technique.
Drive → You can really load it up with spin. I found it hard to generate speed unless your swing speed is decent.
Push → Bites really well. Even if your opponent gives you topspin, you can still return with backspin.
Stop → Easy to keep short. A spinny stop is way easier to do than with tension rubber. It's easy to get affected by incoming spin, but if you focus on adding your own spin when you hit, it's not a problem.
Flick → Same as the drive — you can add spin and land it fine, but you need swing speed to get real pace on it.
Serve → It's just really easy to produce a nasty, ripping serve. Easy to make it short and spinny, and you can really let loose on long serves too.I'd recommend this to anyone confident in their swing speed and power who wants more spin than a tension rubber gives.

For the forehand. It's really hard, but that ends up working in its favor. The hardness boosts the speed, and it also spins really well, giving it a unique arc. The short game and serves both bite well too.

Itchy (Experience: 4〜5 years) That arc!

I'm using this on my forehand. Compared to a super-tacky rubber, this feels like the tackiness has already worn down a bit, so it's not that hard to use.
First, pushes bite really well and control is good.
Receive: gets affected by spin pretty easily.
Serve: grip on the ball is high, so you can put spin on things like YG serves without much trouble.
Drive: you can hit a high arc and tricky, wobbling balls.
Block: I'd say it's easy to block with.
It's a rubber that suits some players more than others. What's a mystery to me here is why Ma Long's drives are so insanely fast... I guess it's just a matter of practice. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Man who loves cut man tools (Experience: 2〜3 years) Strong spin!

When you chop with this, it bites like crazy! Loop drives bite hard too! But if the incoming ball is weak or your opponent hits a really strong loop drive at you, and you chop without keeping the racket vertical, you get affected by the spin a lot! Other than that though, it's a rubber with really great performance! I'd recommend it to spin-focused choppers!
