Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The C-1 comes into the series softer than G-1 and P-1 but a bit harder than S-1 for more speed while still maintaining a high degree of control. Slower and controllable in the short game, good placement and pace on medium shots, and power on solid shots.

This is my impression using it on the backhand of an Innerforce ALC.
This rubber has no quirks, is stable, and is very easy to use.
I think it's a great rubber that handles any technique competently. Blocks land solidly on the table, and the amount of spin on serves and the like was satisfying too. The high-pitched sound it makes on contact during rallies feels really good to hit.
It might be a good choice for players without much power, or for those transitioning to tension rubbers. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

The first thing I noticed after using it was that the balance of speed, spin, and control was excellent. Whether close to the table or stepping back a bit, I could hit powerful balls, so my scoring rate was really high whenever a rally turned into a hitting contest with my opponent. Topspin drives and smashes are extremely stable, so I'd recommend this to anyone who builds their game mainly around rallies.

C-1 has that grip feel, and you can really feel the ball sink into the sponge.
It also produces a decent arc, but compared to Tenergy, Dignics, or G-1, the speed and spin fall short.
There's some spin, but it's still just average.
Too much of that sinking-in feeling actually makes a rubber harder to hit with, but C-1 is easy to hit with.
That said, when you use C-1 after using better rubbers, you often find yourself hitting the ball well but not scoring points for some reason.
Loop drives in particular seemed to have less effect on the opponent and came back more easily.I think this is best used as a stepping stone for beginners and intermediate players transitioning to higher-level equipment like the ones mentioned above.
It's not equipment for advanced players to choose. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I'm using this on my backhand, and it's very stable and easy to use. Well, it doesn't produce that much power, so I think it's suited for the backhand, but you can do everything stably, from basic techniques like blocking and pushing to more advanced ones like the backhand topspin drive and chiquita. It's a fantastic all-around rubber that beginners can handle with ease and advanced players can also use well!

It says the sponge is 35, but
I think it's actually harder than that.
So the speed was faster than I expected!
C1 has just the right amount of arc — really nice! All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I used this in a city rookie tournament. I played doubles.
First, it made third-ball attacks easy, which let us build our preferred playing style. Blocking was easy too, and I could aim for the right course, so I thought it was a great rubber.

Used in thick on my forehand.
It gives plenty of speed, decent spin, and enough power.
Overall it seems to be loved about as much as G-1, and it's popular across a wide range of players from beginners to advanced.
Personally I felt it could use a bit more power.
If anything, it reminded me a bit of Tenergy 80FX.
If you're torn on which rubber to get, I think this one's a good choice! All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
