TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

Focused on spin but with speed too — even on a full swing you get a nice arc, and I'm satisfied, satisfied, super satisfied.
As for speed, if your swing speed is fast, the ball speed comes with it.All Speed Spin Control

First, if you try forehand rallies, the topsheet feels hard.
Drives: when you hit them, the ball grips well but flies pretty straight.
Serves: it definitely rips with spin, but it'll take some getting used to since it flies relatively far.
The short game: it's a rubber that's fairly sensitive to incoming spin, so it's a bit tricky to handle there.
Blocking: no question, this is easy, in a word.
Countering: really easy to do, you won't lose topspin rallies at mid-distance. But at close range, counters tend to sail long a lot.
The biggest downside of the Tenergy series is that it wears out incredibly fast. If you're a student practicing every day, replacing it every month or two is probably best. Aside from that, it's the best there is.

I used to compete in the All Japan Championships.
These days I also coach, so I use a cheaper, less bouncy rubber, but if winning as an active player is your top priority, I'd use this one without hesitation.
A rubber that gives you this much speed and this much spin at the same time probably won't come along again anytime soon.All Speed Spin Control
