TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

Spin is the selling point... but it also has crazy bounce! It bounces on every technique
Ease of putting on spin: excellent. Max spin: excellent
Drives, pushes, serves, receives, etc. - you can easily put spin on the ball in all kinds of situations!
About the bounce
Compared to other rubbers, brushing shots fly more the more spin you put on - maybe because the friction is stronger? It draws a nice arc so it's stable!
The bounce when you hit more flatly depends on the blade (obviously). Since the rubber itself bounces a lot, even a slow blade will make the ball fly = a fast blade will send it flying way too far.
From those two points, I'd say when choosing this rubber, you should reconsider your blade to match your level too...
If it bounces too much, you end up only being able to brush the ball.
Same for the short game - if your stop is sharp it stays dead right there, but if it's even slightly off it pops up a lot. Especially with the flick, it's basically impossible unless you have a blade you can really control! - I'll say it straight, lol
Finally
A wonderful rubber for both speed and spin.
It's on the level of the pinnacle of attacking rubbers.
But as I've said repeatedly, I don't think you can control it without a blade that matches your level.
Even on a slow blade, you'll still get balls that are plenty hard to handle.
Whether an average player can control the same bounce the pros get... that's the question.

Innerforce (Experience: ４〜５ years) Amazing spin

This rubber was easier to use than I expected. Of course it's aimed at advanced players, but it was easy to control and didn't feel like it bounced too much, so it was manageable. I won't go into the amount of spin since I think everyone already knows about that, but maybe because the rubber is soft, it's very easily affected by the opponent's spin, and using it on the backhand was tough. In conclusion, it's a manageable rubber, but because you have to really read your opponent's spin to play with it, in that sense it's a rubber for advanced players.

Former cutman (Experience: ２〜３ years) Best paired with a slower blade

I think spin comes on better with a slower blade, and since I used to be a chopper I haven't changed my blade yet. Still, it flies pretty well. On top of that, you can still chop with it if you want to, so it's really easy to use.

What's amazing is how it combines both speed and spin.
On serves, the spin comes on automatically.
Smashing is a little tricky, but topspin drives were easy to pull off.
The Tenergy 05 also paired well with a plastic ball.
The lifespan is around 2 months.

This is the first time I bought and used the 05.
I'm satisfied with every technique, from the small stuff to the big shots.
I really felt like, wow, Tenergy is amazing!
That said, I think it does depend on the blade.
My blade releases the ball quickly and generates a lot of speed, so
I found it harder to put spin on and had some shots go long.All Speed Spin Control

Even among the Tenergy lineup, this one has an especially good balance of spin and speed. The spin is on a completely different level compared to other tension rubbers. It just comes on automatically. Even in a plain rally, people tell me my shots feel heavy. When I do a topspin drive, it doesn't slip, and I get even more spin than I meant to put on it. My opponent's blocks kept flying off the table. On top of that, the speed is really impressive too. Pair it with an Acoustic blade and it's a terrifying combination. In topspin rallies too, the sponge really holds onto the ball, so much that it makes you mistakenly think you've suddenly gotten strong. That said, the short game and flat hitting shots are hard to pull off because they get too affected by the spin...

The moment I used it, I knew it was the real deal. It flies but also stops. It grips the ball but somehow doesn't overspin. I love that gap. But the control is amazing no matter what. Also, you can always put strong spin on it, and aside from tacky rubbers, its max spin is probably the best out there. And the feeling is beyond complaint too. That grabbing, satisfying feel on the ball is addictive. Definitely give it a try.
