  What I learned from hitting with Tenergy
  First of all, it's very soft and has a strong automatic feel. So I thought it was perfect for getting a feel for it.
  You could say that the "automatic feel" is Tenergy's strength, but conversely, it's so strong that it's difficult to extract its full potential. That's where I'd say it's really geared towards advanced players. Therefore, it's difficult to specialize in speed and spin, and I found it hard to generate speed. Well, maybe it's because the racket is inner-shell, but the "automatic feel" was a bit too strong, which made it difficult.
  Also, personally, if you're going to use Tenergy 05, I think an outer-shell racket is better, because it generates more speed. As for spin, I think it's fine because the Tenergy itself (sheet and sponge) has such great performance.

  テナジーを打ってわかったこと
  まず、とても柔らかく、オート感が強いです。ですから感覚を掴むのに最適だと思いました。
  「オート感」がテナジーの良さとも言えますが、逆に、オート感が強すぎて性能の引き出し方が難しいと言えます。そこは流石上級者向けといったところでしょう。ですから、スピードや回転に特化させるのが難しく自分はスピードを出すのが難しく、まぁラケットがインナーなのもあるかもしれませんが少し「オート感」という癖が強く難しかったです。
  そして、個人的にテナジー05を貼るなら個人的に、アウターのラケットがいいと思います。なぜなら、そのほうがスピードが出るからです。回転は、テナジー本体の性能（シートやスポンジ）がすごいので大丈夫だと思います。

  Kano (Experience: ４〜５ years) A rubber that suits people very well,

  

  I'm a high school student with four years of table tennis experience.
  I won a gift certificate from Kokusai Table Tennis, so I switched from Rozena to Tenergy 05 for my forehand.

  My first impression was that it was a perfect upgrade from Rozena.

  I felt that this rubber was a step above Rozena in terms of spin, speed, and control.

  Serves take a lot of power if you swing faster.

  One thing to note: this rubber is completely unsuitable for some people. I lent it to a friend who normally uses Victus V15, but he kept hitting over and missing. The key to Tenergy is not to hit with a slight impact, but to hit with a lot of pressure and relaxed momentum.

  He said there weren't many issues other than overshooting the drive, but he didn't think it would be very useful. I also kept hitting overshooting at first, so be careful when buying one.

  卓球暦4年目の高校生です。
  国際卓球さんで商品券が当たったので、フォア面をロゼナからテナジー05に移行しました。
  第一印象はロゼナの完全上位互換です。
  回転、スピード、コントロール、、どの技術もロゼナのさらに1段上を行くラバーだと
  感じました。
  サーブはスイングを早くすることでかなりかかります。

  注意点は合わない人にはとことん合わないラバーだと思いました。普段ビクタスのv15を使ってる友達貸しましたが、友達はオーバーミスばかりしていました。テナジーはミート気味で打つのではなく、かなりかけること、脱力する
  ことを意識して打つのが鍵になります。
  ドライブがオーバーすること以外はあまり問題は無かったらしいですが、とても使えそうにないと言っていました。自分も最初はオーバーばかりしていたので、買う時は注意してください。

  Kenshin Uesugi (Experience: ２〜３ years) Extremely easy to use

  

  I use it extra thick on my forehand side. The downside of using extra thick is that the racket becomes a little too heavy, but it's easy to use and produces a lot of spin and speed. Even after it's worn out, it still produces more spin and speed than other rubbers, making it an extremely good rubber.

  フォア面で特厚で使用。
  特厚にすると少しラケットが重くなりすぎるのが難ですが、回転やスピードがものすごく出て使いやすいです。寿命が切れても他のラバー以上に回転やスピードが出るのでものすごく良いラバーです。

  Just a cat lover (Experience: ２〜３ years) I think it's a good rubber

  

  The legendary Tenergy is great after all. It's incredibly powerful for driving. But after the first two weeks or so, I started chipping, and after about a month and a half, I started chipping quite a bit. But it's a good rubber, and it's soft, so it's great for backhanders.

  やっぱり伝説のテナジーはいいですね
  ドライブの威力抜群
  だけど最初の2週間くらいを過ぎるとチップがで初めて1ヶ月半くらいすると結構チップするようになる
  でもいいラバー柔らかいのでバック向き

  Ichinico (Experience: ６〜１０ years) There is a strong sense of security that it will rise

  

  I borrowed my junior's. I hit both forehand and backhand.
  I usually use MKFX for my forehand. The hardness is medium on the harder side, so I feel like I'm hitting it. It tends to roll the face, but it holds the ball and gives the impression of it going up. If I swing it up or try to hit it, it will go over, so if I hold the ball, trust it, and swing forward, I can get a good ball.
  I usually use Lazanta C45 for my backhand, so I had to change the way I hit it, otherwise it would go over. It's the same as forehand, in that you hold the ball with a good amount of spin.
  I think the table top is slightly affected, so if you wait patiently and then hit it, there's no problem.
  I don't think about covering the face, but it's most important to trust it and swing forward.
  I normally change both sides to 80.

  後輩のを借りました。　フォア、バック両方打たしてもらいました。
  フォアは普段、mkfxを使っています。硬度は硬いよりのミディアムなので打ってる感覚がありす。面を巻きぎみですが、玉を持ってくれて、しっかり上がってくれる印象です。　上にふったり、ミート気味になるととやはりオーバーしてしまうので、球を持ち信じて前に振るといいボールがいきます。
  バックは普段ラザンターのc45なので打ち方を変えないとオーバーしてしまいました。　しっかり回転をかけて球をもつのはフォアと変わりません。
  台上は若干影響うけると思うのでしっかり待って打てば問題無しです。
  面を被せるのは意識してませんが信じて前に振り抜くのは一番必要です。　普通に両面80に変えます。

  Intermediate level 5 (Experience: ４〜５ years) Two months have passed since I started using Tenergy 05...

  

  I've been using it for two months. Well, there hasn't been any major changes. Maybe it's just lost a little bit of spin, that's all. Don't worry about it. Now, a comparison with Dignics. Speed Tenergy = Dignics, Spin Dignics > Tenergy, Drive Dignics > Tenergy, Tsutsuki Dignics = Tenergy, Serve Dignics > Tenergy. That's about it. Dig is brutal, but Tenergy is still a good rubber. The spin is normally good, and if it works, it's faster than Dig. If it works, that is. Tenergy is softer than Dignics, so it's easier to handle, which is an advantage that Dignics doesn't have. If you're going to stick it, I recommend it on the back. It's soft after all. It's easy to bounce and hang, it's light, and the racket is an inner one, a butterfly one, etc. Sorry for the long post.

  2カ月使いました。まぁやばい変化はしてないですね。ほんのちょい回転なくなったかな、そんなもん。気にすんな。さてさてディグニクスとの比較。スピードテナジー＝ディグニクス　回転ディグニクス＞テナジー　ドライブディグニクス＞テナジー　ツッツキディグニクス＝テナジー　サーブディグニクス＞テナジー。こんなもんっす。やっぱディグ様はエグい、ただやっぱりテナジーもいいラバーだ。回転は普通に良いし、噛み合えばスピードもディグより有る。噛み合えば　ね。テナジーはディグニクスよりも柔らかいから扱いやすいというディグニクスには無いメリットも持ってる。貼るならバックにおすすめ。なんてたって柔らかいからね。弾きやすいし掛けれるし、軽いし、ラケットはインナーを、バタフライのとか。長文失礼しやした。

  Temi (Experience: ２〜３ years) As expected, the strongest rubber

  

  As expected, Tenergy is the strongest rubber... It has top-level performance in terms of both spin and speed. Also, because the arc is high, it was easier to get into the base than I expected and it was stable (although I still think it's in the category of difficult to control). 05 is one of the Tenergy rubbers.

  流石最強ラバーテナジー……。回転量、スピードともにトップレベルの性能です。また、弧線も高いため思ったよりは台に入りやすく安定感がありました(とはいえ、やはりコントロールが難しい部類だと思う)。05は、テナジーの中でもスピン重視なので、粘着ラバーのような回転量を出すことができます。ドライブを打つと、キュインと回転がかかり、伸びる弾道が打てます。サーブもかなりかかります。こんな最強ラバー、弱点なんかあるのか！？と思ってしまいますが、寿命と値段が短いのは、やはりテナジーの宿命でしょう…笑。二ヶ月ほど使っていたら表面が粉っぽくなってきて、引っ掛かりが悪くなったと感じました。しかし、それでも元々性能が高いだけあって、充分使えるくらいのスペックはありました。自分はまだ3年程しか卓球をやっていないので、正直向いていないかも。でも最強ラバーと聞いて、使いたくなってしまったので買ってみました。迷ったら1回使ってみてもいいかもしれません(性能が良すぎて戻れなくなるかもしれませんが…笑)。おすすめな方は、様々なレビューにもある通り、一通り技術が身についている中級者以上かなと思います。柔らかいので、パワーは意外と無くても使えます。
