TENERGY 05 has a unique feeling using a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. It is excellent for imparting a great deal of spin on the ball. 05 in the name was adopted from Pimples Code No. 5. Tenergy 05 enables a full range of topspin play at or away from the table. It keeps its explosive power throughout the life of the rubber without the use of speed glue or boosting. Tenergy 05 is very popular among world-class table tennis players. European Champion Timo Boll uses Tenergy 05 on forehand and backhand.

      I'm switching from Rakza Z.
The automatic spin gives me a great sense of security during rallies.
The way the serve is cut is a bit tricky, but once you get used to it, you can aim for a service ace with underspin.
Although it has a short lifespan, it was a good rubber that performed better than it was worth the price.

      Reviews by user

      There are almost no drawbacks.
Everything is of a high standard and easy to handle.
Since it is an automatic type, it is difficult to get a habit ball, so I feel that it is easy to catch, but it is still a good rubber. The tabletop doesn't bounce as much as I expected, so it's easy to handle. If I had to say any drawbacks, I'd say it's the price and the strong dependence.

Used both fore and back during active duty
      Anyway, it will rotate automatically.
Easy to drive with both hands.
The downward rotation also increases easily.
The amount of rotation of the loop is also quite large.

The only drawback is that it feels a little stiff when the amount of practice decreases after retiring from active duty.

Tanaka 0569 Not suitable for beginners.

First of all, as a basic premise, it is good for those who can swing well.

However, I cannot easily recommend it to people who have difficulty swinging at high speed or hitting the ball where they want.

This is because it becomes a ball and the opponent can break it down.

Therefore, it is suitable for intermediate and advanced users who can firmly control spin, speed, and control!

Used on the back side of acoustic carbon.

I remember that when it was first released, it was released right after adjuvants such as Speed Accel were banned, and it was a terrible rubber that brought about a revolution in the world of table tennis.

      It is synonymous with rubber.

Auto feel, good fit, sharp rotation, speed, flight distance, all of them are of a high standard.

I think it is a rubber that can be used relatively easily even for those who cannot use the Dignics series.

This is a drawback that I personally felt, but I felt that I was very susceptible to the influence of the opponent's rotation.
Therefore, I honestly cannot recommend it to those who are not yet stable in their rotation techniques (serves and drives) and receiving techniques (receives and blocks).

If anything, it's like ``a rubber to make it as easy as possible for those who have a solid foundation.''

If you can use any rubber to a certain extent, please try Tenergy 05.

All I can say is that it's wonderful. Both loop drive and speed drive are included and rotation is applied. Serve may need getting used to. Feeling that it can be used by intermediate users and advanced users. should be used once

Recently, I saw it selling for around 6,500 yen on Yahoo Shopping. Before 05, I was using Rosena. If you use tenergy, you will feel the benefits of tenergy if you use g1 or rosena before that. After all, five pieces are easy to use because they fly. If you have confidence in your arms, I think it's okay to use materials. It may feel stiff, but I think it's still better than Kyo Leopard.
